Hi! We have a business request to save email in instance we have just sent out with Webcon action. I know some workarounds: - show some details from wfmails table - create hotmailbox and process cc-d email But I do not like them. I have not tried, but maybe with msgraph api it is solvable. Does anyone have a good solution to save sent email in msg/eml file as attachment? Thanks! BR Peter

Hi I have a question, do you know where you can set attachments in the flow to be expanded by default. After updating to a newer version, I have collapsed attachments almost everywhere after entering the workflow, which effectively confuses users. Can you help? Thanks.
Hello, I would like to create some daily or weekly reports based on the requests made that day/week. Is there a scheduled process that can do that? Or Is it possible to achieve this in Webcon? For example, in Power automate there is a scheduled flow that can be set to run whenever you want. Thanks.

Hi, I have a form on which I want to have an action that trigers after the fields has change, what kind of action I can add? For instace in workflow I have element called 'start' with form fields : text : dupa Number : 1000 user makes some changes in those field, after that i want to trigger my action. How can I do it?
At Webcon BPS, on the form's list of items, I have a checkbox field and a second field of dropdown(choose) type. The second filed - dropdown field retrieves data from a data base and allows for adding values outside of the database. The first filed - checkbox field determines whether the value in the second field is from the source or added externally. How can changing the value of the checkbox field affect the behavior mode of the second dropdown(choose) field?
Hi community! We need to add 'active' HTML elements to an item list, e.g. a button containing some Javascript to set a field value or a label with a custom tooltip on mouseover. Hello, I configured the action "Send a custom email" to send email: - Direct -> Dynamic: field - Author - CC -> Dynamic: field - choose substitute When i send email, i receive the email without CC: person showing, and the person in CC receives the email, but there is not showing the person in To: Is it a bug or i did not configure it right? Hello, I am trying to create a list in SP. I created a Sharepoint template, but i don't understand those 3 template options: Static, Dynamic, Form field. I attached some screenshots. In screeshot called Template, that's how i setup Action template. In screenshot 'Action' that's how i setup the action - Create a list. When i run i get error: Error in On path action Create a list. Any known issue regarding license services. because we are getting an error message in the portal saying "Failed to load license. Please check if the license server is running". From the application management tool the services is running successfully and when I try to refresh the licenses from the license manager tool I am getting an error message saying "Cannot connect license service. Hello everyone, I was wondering... Is there a way to start workflows by an external API without the need to exchange the token first? I'm asking the question because I'm exploring the possibilities offered by using a service as MailGun. They can parse the incoming email message and post the parsed information in form of JSON to a URL. Hi everyone, does anyone has an idea, why a data source dictionary would not return all data, also "access data in the context of system account" is checked? I was banking my head on the wall, why the form validation stopped working until I noticed that the lastest workflow instances are not returned by the data source. The screenshot shows the data from the "data sources" navigation pane, it's not a field which is filtered. Best regards, Daniel
