Hi all, After finally having upgraded from 2023 to 2025 the new UX was quite a surprise. I now find that I am unable to change the order of reports, which worked in 2023 version. Is there a way to arrange the order of reports in 2025? OK, sorry, I just found it. Need to do it in the browser by changing the mode to edit in the application dashboard. This used to be available as dashborad in Designer Studio. Now there is a node called "Dashboards" in Designer Studio, but there is nothing there, (...)

Is Javascript faster than Formrules?

Good day webcon community, As the title states, i ask myself if javascript is faster than using formrules. As example i had a formrule what would get the sum of a number column in an item list and compare it to another field. It took sometime for the formrule to procress this, while my javascript that i wrote in a html element did it much faster. I wonder now if i should reimplement certain functions with javascript instead of using formrules to shorten the page loading time. So can someo (...)

Webcon Designer can be started in admin mode: with --admin commandline parameter. How to set password for this admin? The one set by the "WEBCON BPS System Administrators" doesn't work.

czy OCR zaimplementowany w webcon potrafi czytać z faktur tzw. podsumowanie VAT. Wartości w takim podsumowaniu zawsze są unikalne. Tzn w podsumowaniu jest tylko jedna wartość dla stawki VAT np. 23%. Przykład pól do odczytu w załączniku. Dane miałby się ładować nie na listę pozycji tylko do atrybutów nagłówkowych.

Duplicated icons of reports in suggested reports section

Hi, I've created a simple application and a simple report. Then I looked at portal website at the system dashboard and there is a section "suggested reports". There are 2 icons: the first icon for the report and the second icon for the report view. But they are the same (i have only 1 basic view within my report). What can I do with that? 2025 error - Problem with Default Dashbords

Hi, When moving an application between DEV and TEST environments, an error prevents the application from being moved to another environment. I found out that after updating DEV and TEST I have a DEFAULT Dashboard in dbo.AppDashboards with different ADS_Guid numbers. Probably in 2023 versions of the processes there were two different dashboards set as Default. Does anyone know how to fix this? Index in SOLR regardless of visibility rules

Hi, I have a question about this option in the Visibility configuration of the attribute. 1. I wonder why this option is always grayed out. What does it mean - is it always on or off? IF will be no "space bar" then Webcon in template (doc) will ignore "check box" present in template. when we add space bar then expected "check box" will appear .

Special Reports not visible for granted Users

I have created a special report for a subdevision, and granted a User for only see the Report. But he does not have the grant to look into the Workflow. It ist our internal Ticket system and only the IT Guys shoud get access to the Workflow and Ticketdatas Other Subs only should have their own Report to see how many Tickets are in work. Hello everyone, I have a workflow where I generate an attachment. When I create the attachment on my path the next step is that, a OneDrive connection is established in the next step on entry using the "Start editing a file using OneDrive" action. In my workflow, about 200 people are authorized to use it. From what I see now, this action grants each person read and write permissions. I have just installed a new instance of webcon. On the first screen Authentication in the portal, when I enter the admin password, the application clears the password field and nothing happens. There is the same reaction as when I do it through the browser. I enter the correct password, because if I enter it incorrectly, I get a message about it.
