Outlook Add-In displays Error: "Insufficient attachment permissions"

Hi everyone, i locally installed the Outlook Plugin according to the manual. When adding an Email to a Workflow instance, i get an error "Insufficient attachment permissions" (see screenshot). I have to admit, that i used the Edge browser instead of Internet Explorer to install the add-in. What could i do to fix this? Thanks for considering my request, Christian

We would like to show the link of a generated attachment (from Word-AddIn) instead of showing the whole attachment element. Implementing the link into a HTML element is no problem, but is there a option to "grab" the link to the attachment file? Thanks in advance :)

Timeout during deleting instances

Hello everyone! I have a trouble during deleting instances - i always get timeout after 30 seconds. Is there any way to make the system button faster or to increase timeout time? I didnt find anything in webcon configurations unfortunately. I dont think it is a version problem since deleting on test environment works just fine. Dear WebCon Team, we just updated to 2021.1.4.55 and recognized, that the so long working function "Attachments Count" does not work properly any longer on the intital step of a workflow as long there is no Instance ID. For Example I would like to validate if there is an attachment uploaded or not (see picture). If I do a path on the step itself --> Instance ID --> the rule works fine!!! I think it is a bug. SQL statement to verify that all actions are logged

Hi everyone, I just stumbled about an action which executions hasn't been logged. The reason is simple, the according checkbox wasn't ticked. If you want to verify that all you actions are logged you can run this SQL statement. It displays all actions which aren't logged. Raport Export to Excel

Hello, I made a report in WEBCON Designer Studio and one of the columns is "Link". However, when I export that report to excel, that column is converted to a simple text (not a link). Can I in some way configure it to receive in the exported excel that column as link? Best regards, Vitalii Lukash

replicating an absence process with more vac types and absence chart

Hi there the absence-wizard seems to be the only way to generate an absence-process in webcon. the datasource for vact-types is seemingly hardcoded. I cannot change the dropdown, delete it, nor change the system connection to add more types. if I add a new dropdown and simply hide the provided one, the data does not go where it´s supposed to go because it is not transparent where the data is written or how the absence-process figures out at what data to look. if someone has replicated / self (...)

BPSAuth service information needed

Hi everyone, I wanted to play with the BPSAuth Service and I have realized that I don't know how to use it and the community.webcon.com and howto.webcon.com websites don't mention much about it (Almost no information about configuring it or handling BPS users). Does anyone have any article abut it? It would be useful to know how to get the clientId and secret and how to manage BPS Users passwords. Thanks!

Testers for "report subscriptions"?

Who runs 2021.1.2.136 and wants to help me testing "report subscriptions"? I'm currently evaluating an option to "subscribe" to reports/view. My aim is that the user will be able to select a schedule, define a report and receive this report by mail. This is currently in an alpha state. The business rule seems to work well but the BPS application is just in a proof of concept state. Maybe there's someone who can help me test the SDK/identify some issues. Designer studio login issue

We are in the process of setting up Sandbox environment. Installed 2021.1.2.136 version successfully , Activated temporary license received from webcon and activated it. When tried to login to Designer studio initially , it's giving that "No rights for designer Studio " message. How can I assign designer studio access? Not sure what is missing.

Is it possible to loop over all rows of an excel file? I have an excel file with employees information(say 50 rows of employees). I want to navigate through each row, read and populate data in my form from excel columns and then trigger a workflow for each employee.
