Hi, it would be great to have the UTC time in a hover effect of a time. In the attached screenshot you see the same element but with different times. One browser is running on a server with a different time zone. Even so it's explain it can cause confusion. Therefore some way of displaying the UTC+0 time would be great. Best regards, Daniel

The geolocation is also an interesting addition but if it's used in combination with the path authorization it will created unexpected results. I noticed that the geolocation of the browser is used, even if path authorization with method "application" is used. Hi. In version 2023, the method of handling company selection when starting from a tile has been changed. Previously, if the remaining parameters were defined in the button configuration, a form was immediately displayed and the company could be changed directly there. Currently, a popup always appears in this situation and the company can be changed later on the form. Users report this as an unfriendly solution. Hi everyone. While searchin/changing permissions in Webcon, there are tabs to choose. If there is more than can fit to window width, scrolling them is dramaticly slow. I suggest to change it to dropdown list. With search option would be great. [2024-07-09 - reminder]
An error (lack of privileges) in executing the Generate/Update a Word file triggered from the Menu button by a user who had privileges to read an instance but not to edit it. This is happening after upgrade to version 2023.1.2.124. It was working in previous version we were using. It would be great if we can go back to allowing users with read only access to generate a word file. Thank you
Hi. I would suggest to simplify company selector in substitutions. In environments with multiple companies and several content databases list of companies is cross join of both, making it difficult for the user to choose and also requires adding several substitudions records for each content database (content database names are rather technical name and are not usefull for end users). It would be a nice touch if we could group Automations inside Process Configuration, same as we can group Form Rules, Constants, or Business Rules. I really love how flexible Automations are, especially in case of any API integrations where global ones are created, and they might be used everywhere. The history of items sometimes contains from several to several hundred or several thousand items. A proposal to add the possibility of presenting the last 5-10 history elements, because with hundreds of history elements a timeout error is received.
I would like to suggest building two actions: 1. Converting the value (integer) to the equivalent number of hours and minutes. 2. Adding and subtracting two time attributes (types of action). Example: Ad. 1. 90 = 1 h 30 min Ad. 2. 1h 30 min + 0 h 40 min = 2 h 10 min
Hi, it would be nice if the view V_WFElements would not only contain the integer id but the GUID. I'm not sure whether using the view in a calculated column would be more performant or creating an own join, but only for one table. Hi! I wanted to ask if the removal of the preview of XLSX files could be reconsidered? Perhaps as a toggled parameter. :) It was an important functionality for our company and after upgrading to BPS2023 we have to come up with a different solution for the preview of simple spreadsheets that are attached to BPS documents. Hi, if a data row/ data table is based on a BPS internal view to configure, whether the names/translations of the columns should be used. The default value should be true. It's just a waste of time to not only provide the translations the first time but also to update these when the name/translation of the referenced column changes. Hi, I think it would be beneficial if we could have a place in the global configuration where we can define custom default values for the steps and paths of dictionaries / document templates. For example I always rename the "Dictionary step" to "Entry". Of course, I also define translations for the the step and paths. Hello, Right now there are Next step, and Previous step buttons on the Step Edit window, but if we need to edit two steps, which are X steps apart, then we have to: * Click X times - and every have some delay - loading the data. * Close step editor, and use list on the workflow, or the diagram to select step which we want to edit. I've got an idea that in the Step Edit window, we could add list of steps (list, tree, tabs) to choose from. An example in attachments :)
