Hello, after changing the connection type for exchange actions from EWS Basic to MS Graph, I lost the ability to format body text in html in exchange calendar events. Problem observed in version 2022.1.4.84. Manual update with Graph works fine, however, calling it from the built-in action, there is some conversion to body content applied here - please return us the ability to format body in html :)
Hi, I had a "task" workflow with a due date and this due date was used in a timeout in a start step. At a later point in time it was decided that a "save draft" path should be added which won't validate the form. Using this path failed with "unknown exception" and the diagnostic log did not contain any hint that this was related to the timeout. Everything was fine except that there was the below stack trace. It would be great to have the possibility to edit soap message header in a way the body is editable now. I came across couple of services (e.g. National Statistics Office in Poland) requiring secret string to be passed in the header element. So it would be good to be able to map field values to soap header element. Currently there is no way to use standard invoke soap action with this service. Thanks. W
It would be nice to have the ability to hide report tiles in dashboards for users who don't have access to a report
Hi, after a few years I noticed that the "Business entity" field is missing from the available columns of a dictionary. Of course, one can create a BPS Internal view to work around it, but it would be great if more "default" (system fields) could be added: - Author - Date created - Last person modifying - Date modified (not listed in the system fields) - Business Entity - Form subtype I highlighted those in the attached image. Hi, it would be great, if in a multi-tenant WEBCONAPPS environment the deletion of workflows could be activated. I understand that it's easier to remove the whole archive action but there are cases where the delete action is necessary. For example in use case of PCG Academy during the WEBCON DAY. Deleting via REST API may be an option, I haven't tested it but I assume, that this would execute the "Upon instance deleting" trigger. Hi, maybe I'm one of the few if not the only one who uses his mobile to access the community. In case this is not the cases it would be great if two things could be checked : 1. I don't find the search box using a mobile. This is true for iOS as well as android. 2. Revise of the layout of a thread. There's a lot of empty space especially if there a quote. This would be a great option if the attachment could be moved to the indicated item id on the action. Currently, there is an option only to move an attachment from the indicated element to the current one (the one on which the action is) i.e. "copy from", but if it were possible to move an attachment from the current one (the one on which the action is) to the indicated one "copy to" this would solve problems in situations where we need to use a timeout to copy something. Hi, I really like the single edit dialog for an item list the only drawback is the term "Save". I'm getting more and more feedback that it is confusing and I have to agree. There's the save button on the workflow form which persists the data in the database. Then there's the save button in the single edit dialog, which will save the values for the row, but does not persist the data of the workflow itself. I wanted to change the term "Save" to "Apply" using the translations but I'm stuck b (...)

Hi All, We had some difficulties with archiving. We had a campaign to move to archive approx 200.000 instances. It was working very slow, taking 5-6 secs per instance. After some investigation, we found out, we can speed it up with an additional index on WFElementTasks. After creating the index - CREATE NONCLUSTERED INDEX IX_WFELementTasks_Finished ON dbo.WFELementTasks (WFT_WFHIDTaskFinished)- it takes less than 0,3 sec per instance. Dear All, In BPS 2021 with modern layout we miss functionality to copy an attached file to clipboard. There is feature for preview, download, but no copy. Earlier - with sharepoint - we used activex component, copy to clipboard worked fine. It would be really nice to get a copy feature. Or do you have any idea how to make it work? Thank you! Peter

Hello everybody, we are working on a prototype to document defects. Therefore, we would like to use a new kind of form field: It should act as an image field to upload an image, but then act as a handwritten signature form field to mark something on the image. We tried that with the existing elements and it worked in a way. But the image scaling isn't really good, we couldn't change the pencil color and so on. Designing Word-Templates is quite straight forward. However to check to look of the final document you have to run the action somewhere in the process. So this can be quite time consuming. Having a preview functionality would add a great value to WEBCON BPS. As we already have the option to load the form values from a workflow instance, the next step would be hitting the preview button to have a look at the filled template in a new document. There all always questions whether we can change the menu of an application or not. It would be great having a Customnavigtion node under the presentation node. We should be able to create two level menus with an icon and whether the link should open in same tab or a new one.
