(...) ns were we can add "code" and where variables from the expression editor would be useful if not even mandatory. 1. Report - SQL Filter, there are a few variables there already 2. Calculated field in reports and BPS internal view, no option to use existing variables 3. Report - advanced formatting, no options to use existing variables Why do I think that this would be mandatory? The path example of adva (...)

(...) On reports we have the great possibility to execute mass actions by passing in some parameters. It would be a great having a similar kind of dialog menu action, where we can configure some informational text (e.g. as header/footer) and of course one or more fields as parameter. The configured parameters we then can use to execute an action. The dialog could contain a cancel and a okay

(...) oaded from an URL or uploaded as a file. Benefits: - We don't need to use the HTML field on the form level, like https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/41/15 - HTML fields can't be displayed on reports so we are creating other workarounds - It's not necessary to load these via dashboards - Single point of failure instead while providing a consistent user interface - With this we could fix small (...)

(...) Hello, I need to find a way to automatically delete some workflow instances. I know that we can use the Archive workflow instance action, but it doesn't work. In the reports menu, we have a section named "Archive workflow instances queue", I found all my instances there, but I need a way to delete them all automatically

(...) Hi everyone, I just noticed that for some reason step names are no longer displayed in reports or data grids using internal views. The root cause of this is that I used the REST Designer Studio. When you save a process using the REST designer studio unset translation of changed objects are saved as a blank string instead of null. This may lead to empty Step and Form Type columns in reports and other obj (...)

(...) Who runs 2021.1.2.136 and wants to help me testing "report subscriptions"? I'm currently evaluating an option to "subscribe" to reports /view. My aim is that the user will be able to select a schedule, define a report and receive this report by mail. This is currently in an alpha state. The business rule seems to work well but the BPS application is just in a proof of concept state. Maybe there's someon (...)

(...) Some of our departments still live in the stone age. They want to be able to print webcon reports OR export them to an Excel so they can run pivots, etc... on the data. I don't see anyway to allow for either of these options. Once again I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Seems like printing/exporting would be fairly well received options

(...) Hello all, Does anyone configured a calculated column in the reports to calculate the difference between current date and a date field from the form? I was trying days (getdate() - form field) but it's not accepting the days formula. Thank you!

(...) ity: When a user is opening an instance from a report, a list with all the users who viewed the data should be available. I am not sure how that could be handled when users preview a report, as the reports could contain all the data from the instances. That functionality should probably be added on the reports somehow, but that is just my brain talking loudly.

(...) e, but still on the entire value. It would make more sense to group according to the display option the grouped column is set to.
