Hi everyone, maybe I have a wrong idea how a multi value picker field is used in filters/groups in reports. Current situation: The picker field will store the selected values in the order they have been chosen. If you use this field as a group, every unique "string" will be used as a group. Example: Workflow instance 1: IT: Research & Development Workflow instance 2: IT: Research & Development;Quality Management Workflow instance 3: IT: Research & Development;Quality Managem (...)
It would be great having an additional field "Description" for local groups.
It would be nice if there were the following changes to the form rule alerts/confirmation functions: a) Modal dialog They could reuse the modal dialog from the "single row edit" instead of using the browser integrated alert/confirmation window. This would result in a more consistent user experience. Of course it would be nice to set title, body and button texts but I would be fine with setting the body at least. :) b) Allowing html for the body. It would be great to have the possibility to move the Attachments and Comments sections inside a tab. This would make the forms much cleaner and better organized, especially in more complex workflows.
We currently have 3 options for item list initialization: - On Starting steps - On Every step but not finish steps - None I'd like to propose a new one here - On Demand. This one would allow us to define how the item list should be initialized, but it will initialize only when called with INITIALIZE function in form rules OR by pressing the Initialize button on the form. Would you be open to adding a way to archive items (like employee requests) while keeping some of the access permissions? Right now, archived items can only be accessed by people who see the whole archive. It’s possible to manually give someone read access, but that’s not very practical. Could you add an option to automatically give read access based on a field in the form during archiving or a bulk action to assign read permissions to archived items?
Hi In order to improve and standardize the appearance of data entered in the description field, I propose adding the option of formatting HTML text in the description of groups and tabs. Similarly to what is possible in the description fields on attributes. Regards
Hi everyone, When working on multiple environments, with many tabs opened in the browser there is high chance to get lost in which ones are DEV/TEST/PROD. Maybe there is a chance to have a different Favicon per environment? Browsers offer grouping etc, so it's possible to manage, but it would be a nice touch :) Ideas in attachment. * Color coded as Designer Studio * With letters

Hi, in my opinion it would be really great, if HTML tags would be supported in the autocomplete popup. In this case I'm using a BPS internal view and the explanation is a multiline text field of type "rich". Best regards, Daniel
Is it possible that the window in Designer Studio for adding/edit user group has a flexible [Users] field and a locked [Group owners] field size. The opposite of now. There are usually more users than owners ;) Additionally it would be good if the users were also sorted alphabetically. Regards,

Hi, at the moment we have to decide whether we want to send a standard or custom notification (mail). While some users receive only a few mails this way, other receive to many and want to receive only a summary on a scheduled interval. While we can and have implement a configuration for an application on process level this is still limited and makes the automations less readable while the option to send a mail with a task can not bused at all. Hello, We recently started to take better care of translating our applications in our native language as well as English. This way our clients will have a more professional experience. Even if we have everything translated, the preview that we see is in the language used for naming the steps/paths initially. Hi, In Webcon, it is possible to make modifications to the form at the step level. When the "break settings inheritance" option is activated, these modifications apply only to that specific step. For a more visual experience, it would be nice to highlight these steps in the flow, similar to how steps containing "on entry" or "on exit" actions are highlighted. Thanks, Raluca
I believe it would be useful to allow "tagging" people (example - @jaroslaw) in comments section. After such a mention, the person would get a notification with a link to the workflow. What do you think?
Dear Webcon Team, we are still looking forward to get a helpful tool for getting barcodes / qr-codes on mobile phone into fields. Now we realized, that the WebCon App has a build in functionality for scaning codes. However this helps only for searching documents / contents. Would it be possible to combine this build in functionality with fields input?
