Hi, a lot of our customers are using the WebDAV integration to modify office documents. Unfortunately, some employees don't just save the file when they are done but hit the save button quite frequently. This results in in a lot of versions and, depending on the file size, the database explodes. At the same time our customers are against deleting old versions. Would it be a problem to add a button "Show full error description" (available only for admin users maybe) on the error notification pop-ups ? It would sometimes speed up the debuging. When error shows up on production environment you have to log on to production designer to see what is going on and then to dev designer to fix it. Knowing exact error description would let you sometimes fix/analyze it faster
Dear Community, It would be genuinely helpful if we could configure Hotmailbox to work with Google Workspace mailboxes. At the moment, only Exchange (Microsoft 365) mailboxes are supported. Given that WEBCON already supports login via Google accounts, extending this compatibility to mailbox integration would be a natural and valuable next step.

Hi, I would like to request a minor change :) in the view of actions used in the workflow. The change consists in highlighting those actions that come from the template. The existing left bar could be used here, which would have a different colour for actions from the template. Best regards.
Please give us the option to remove this giant patch of white snow above the table. When I hide the table name and description, the lonely refresh button just sits there on its throne, creating a massive empty space that’s… let’s say, not the most elegant design choice. :) A toggle or option to collapse it would make the screen look much nicer. We currently have 3 options for item list initialization: - On Starting steps - On Every step but not finish steps - None I'd like to propose a new one here - On Demand. This one would allow us to define how the item list should be initialized, but it will initialize only when called with INITIALIZE function in form rules OR by pressing the Initialize button on the form. The possibility to add group owners made the administration of groups much easier. But in environments with a lot of groups, changing the ownership can be a pain without using some type of automation I would really appreciate, if we could use BPS- and AD-Groups as group owners.

Hi, Add to the list of items - single line of text as a hyperlink, as in the case of the single line of text attribute. For creating documentation with a larger number of links and references, it would certainly be useful to be able to refer to specific places for specific things.
In addition to the date, user and version, it would be helpful to also display the size of an attachment.
In the past, we had the requirement to force the user to add exactly one document. Of course, this can be done with validation rules. However, it would be perfect, if after reaching the maximum amount of attachments, the buttons to add new documents would be disabled. Just how it is already implemented for a dictionary template element.
Hi, it would be nice if one could also create global form groups in system settings and not only single global fields. A use case would be address fields street, number, city, zip, country, ... with advanced configurations to data sources, reg exp and so on. Hi, A useful option would be the ability to capture and save the output of a powershell action, either to an attribute or to a local variable. Similar to the mapping of response values in a REST action. This would allow the received data to be further processed/used in subsequent autumatization actions. Regards.
Hi, I'm currently upgrading processes to WEBCON BPS 2024. I was expecting issues with custom JavaScript but encountered also one with the "Add attachment" action. While testing I got this error: Error occurred in add attachment action: Copy attachments. No attachments I'm not sure when, but it seems that WEBCON BPS now checks whether any attachments exist which can be copied over. If they don't exist an error is thrown. Hello everyone, we frequently encounter situations where it is convenient for us to perform an Excel export of the current state via the DATA TABLE. Recently, we have been hitting the limit of 1000 rows more often (https://docs.webcon.com/docs/2023R3/Studio/Process/Attribute/DataPres/Sql_grid/#7-allow-excel-export). Hi, I've cases where one choose field updates another choose field. If the data source is not a SQL database this can take some time. Setting the first field takes about 1 second, (1) in the attachment. Dear All we have a lot of pie charts at our dashboards and when someone has a lot of cases in different instances of pie chart dimenssion e.g. depo, country, acceptacne path it is difficult (esspecially since WEBCON2022) to select certain part of data. it would be nice to have option to select one lable from the graph legen or deselect all and then select one instead of deselecting several + recent dispaying of the values on pie chart doesn't bring a lot of value as it only shows number of inst (...)
It would be very helpful if excel generating action and data table attribute ability to save as excel could produce an Excel file with or without columns headers. This is sometimes useful, as some external applications accept only data in excel files and no headers.
In template configuration of vacation template generated process we have 2 important data sources - vacation history and vacation plans. Their display on vacation chart is different - history has legend and colors for different types of absences, whereas plans are displayed just in one color and there are no types.
