Hi, because of compliance reasons it is not allowed without approvals to enable AI functions in our company. After installation of R2 the new AI assistant is available in Designer Desk and there seems to be no way to disable it with a switch in system settings globally or per user individually. This would be nice if this functionality would be given in a next release. Setting it individually per user would be great because different user groups could be defined. I would like to suggest a feature: It would be very useful to have a synchronization mechanism between the Webcon Portal and Entra ID that automatically imports user profile pictures. The goal is to ensure that these profile pictures are not only visible in the Webcon user profile but also available in form fields of type “User” (User Formfield). Thanks, Julius!
Hi, it would be nice if one could filter in system settings > licenses allocation for licenses. I would like to only see all users having designer desk access to configure the options. Right now there is no filter for this. Kind Regards Sébastien
Hi, it would be awesome if you could integrate an AI assistant in Designer Studio (Web) that uses all information of docs, community, knowledge base and so on to help developers for doing things in Designer Studio. Maybe you could also give the option to add custom sources as https://daniels-notes.de/ and other blogs/sources. We have built a Copilot Agent for all this but it would be way more cooler having this integrated in Designer Studio. Kind Regards Sébastien

Hi, it would be great if we have a similar setting to the "Process modified by export-import mechanism" on application level. This could then be used to prevent (accidently) on the production environment which may get overwritten the next time. This would apply to: - Dashboards - Reports - Public views - Start buttons Of course, private report and private KPI views wouldn't be effected by this setting. Best regards, Daniel

Hi, it would be nice if one could have a media gallery (pictures, videos, audio files, ...) e.g. in configuration of an application and also global in system settings. There should be an upload function for images and some management. A new field type e.g. "picture from library" and "picture from global library" would be needed to add a picture to the form. Same for other media files. Right now the only workaround for display of a picture is to extract the base64 string and place it into a (...)

Hi, there is a search bar in the application group dropdown to search in the applications and their processes. A search bar in a chosen application as first element in its tree above "Getting started" would be nice. The search function should find all elements existing in the application tree. It is a lot of scrolling and searching in bigger apps to find the correct field, business/form rule, workflow, report and so on. The search should be able to get started with the shortcut CTRL + F or vi (...)

Hi, it would be nice if it would be possible to define local and global configurations for regular expressions like it is possible for business and form rules. There are many regular expressions that we need very often and it would be nice having them as templates for the expressions and the error message. Hi, I stumbled a while until I found the "autocomplete" field type in an item list element. I directly picked "choice field" under "choice columns" and didn't read the following entries because I knew that in normal "form field" with field type "choice field" one has to select "Autocomplete" under Settings > Behavior. Maybe it would be more intuitive to align both configuration methods in the field type dropdown for the "choice fields" and "autocomplete" field types? I can't estimate this. (...)
Hi, it would be nice if using a field type choice field with behavior autocomplete would not only set configured target fields in the columns of general tab in advanced configuration. When the choice field gets deleted and is empty the target field values remain instead of getting deleted too. To get them deletion one hase to create a form rule. Hi, we just faced a situation in which we deployed a process to a new (customer) environment. The license did not include the "Advanced Analytics Framework". While testing everything we have run into a "License expired" error. This was raised by the "Start /Stop performance indicator" action. I didn't want to waste any more time and deactivated these action on the database level. While this is an option, I think it would be better, if the action wouldn't be executed then throwing an (...)

Hi, we have several use cases (eg recurring drivers licence validity checks) with the need to force an image upload with a photo just shot through the camera. An upload from the photo gallery shall not be allowed because the photo must be recent and EXIF data could be manipulated easily in the photos option.
