Hi, I propose to add in Bussines and Form rules internal parameters like in automatizations. I will be helpful for calculating or savng data to compare, not using JS mode.

The pop-up search window gives the possibility to search in a specific field or in all fields. We've found many cases where an "advanced search" mode would be extremely helpful. Dear Webcon Team, we are still looking forward to get a helpful tool for getting barcodes / qr-codes on mobile phone into fields. Now we realized, that the WebCon App has a build in functionality for scaning codes. However this helps only for searching documents / contents. Would it be possible to combine this build in functionality with fields input? Hi, since version 2022.1.2.59 (my last 2021.1.4.118) i can't copy & paste group elements. Is it possible to get back this feature!? For example: we have for all workflows and steps the same headline and a specific subtitle. With copy & paste I can create very fast the basics of a (new) workflow... Thanks and best regards Daniel

Hi @all, I´ve many processes they use the same rest-request to fill choice fields, table, etc. But the request requires a dynamic values in _url-parameter_ or _request-body_. At the moment i´ve to clone the *same* data source for every process... not nice ;-) ! A parameter would solve the problem - like as parameter into rules! Thanks and best regards Daniel
As already mentioned by Ajnar in the forum: https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/1792 there are issues with the field choice tree in version 2022.1.2.31 and 2022.1.2.59. It is no longer possible to limit the selection to the last node even if the checkbox "Allow also choosing intermediate nodes" is unselected. Previously, clicking on an intermediate node opened the nodes below it - now clicking on the intermediate node selects it. Is this a know issue or am i missing sth? Thanks :)
Our scenario: We are sending a prefilled pdf document to an external user with the instruction to complete the form and return it together with a copy of the id/passport. Which could be one or more pdfs or images. We've configured a hot-mail-box to check for e-mail having a pdf with a valid barcode. The pdf with the barcode is attached nicely :). But also want to add the additional attachments. One should expect that according the documentation the configuration of additional attachment (...)

Hi everyone, when an item list column is deleted, it will be checked whether it is used and the usages can be displayed. It would be nice, if we could have this option without clicking delete. :) I attached the screenshot which displays the usage of the item list column and that the usages are different from the item list itself. Hi, as it is not possible to delete unwanted business entities when there are instances with them being used in it would be nice to have a parameter to deactivate them to make them disappear in the BE-field.
Hello, current version tracking tool in BPS is pretty good, but i'm lacking one feature. Let's say we have a workflow, where i'm at version 1, i need to get some more informations, so the document is being send to another people and new versions are being created 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc. After they will do their job, and i'll receive the document back in version 7 i want to be able to see all changes between version 1 and 7 (x, y). Hi, As for now you have 3 options in Item List: add rows, update rows, and replace rows. But there is no option to delete row. It would be really handy especially if there are some flaws in process and some rows on item list that shouldn't be there. Now if you want to delete them by action you have to use Replace Values option with SQL Query that returns only rows, that you want to leave in the form, so other rows are going to be deleted. We created a set of powershell cmdlets to connect to a portal, start/update/delete workflows and adding attachments. Inspired by the -UseWebLogin parameter off the Connect-PnPOnline cmdlet i extended our powershell cmdlets with a use weblogin feature. Fiddler and a bit of research in the web provided the right approach quite fast. Authentication works fine, but when using the rest api i receive an "invalid scope" exception. Seems that the rest api is only working with registered apps. (...)

I think it would be useful to have the ability to apply custom css classes to input fields. With the current styling options there is no way to style the "inside" of the input controls. The last image is what I'd expect to be able to do, the first 3 images are what is currently possible with out-of-the-box functionality. If that is already possible I'd be happy to know how without having to target precise css classes, data attributes etc.

Dear Webcon Community! Problem: with import excel action you can import excel tables only if you have a table container already added. Sometimes it is difficult if we want to process data in excel table coming from third party. Proposal: there is a way to define column mapping for itemlist file importing. It would be nice to have a feature in import action to take into account that one, instead of expecting a table in excel file. What do you think? Thank you! BR, Peter
