Dear Community, I would like to propose a change in WEBCON BPS to improve the ease of copying field values to the clipboard. This could be introduced as an optional setting within the field options in BPS Designer Studio. I particularly like how this feature is implemented in the Azure portal: a "Copy" icon remains hidden until you hover over the field, at which point it appears, allowing for quick copying to the clipboard. Hi everyone, I've got today a question from my business side if there is a possibility to change how 'Coply link to clipboard' button works. Right now it copies raw URL to the element, so after pasting it into teams it's visible as raw URL. When you copy URL from the browser search bar, it's being pasted as formatted link and it's presented as {Signature} with underscore, and it's blue - so a link. Data sources TAB in Application - add column with "Access to data in the context of system account" NO I need to click one by one to check if is marked or in each attribute "arrow" next to data source and jump to data source and then check is picked ... (in some scenario arrow is not active ...so Application .. then the data source .. pick proper one and then check ... ) Could be easier to see that option in data source Tab (I'm in webcon 2022.1.4.404 but probably in 2024 is still missin (...)
Tool tip for path description - HTML tags acceptation ... so big "field" ... so much information can "absorb" ... and no HTML tags formatting :/

Break with error - possibility to use multi line in "operator" I tested few scenarios with multi text and with HTML tags is possible to use HTML tag - this is GOOD but ... multi line is missing :/ and you need to put everything in one line .... is not user friendly and if you have <enter> in prepared "text" then ... the operator in "text box" is skipped all "text" after <enter> P.S. Hi, this may sound strange, but so was the reason, why I'm proposing this. My suggestion is that the expression editor for a SQL command inserts the instance id variable in a way: Currently it is inserted as: {WFD_ID} My suggestion is that it is inserted within single quotes: '{WFD_ID}' The reason for this is, that it would prevent errors which may only surface in production. Hi, in my opinion it would be a really helpful, when the 'user privileges' tab on the process is displayed in red if any form type privileges are defined. I would use the color red as it's used in other cases, where the inheritance is broken like with forms.. Even so this is not strictly inheritance with the user privileges it will help to realize that there may be different settings. "Edit" / "read" mode in "My tasks" depending from bps group for particular apps / processes ect. or user settings in account. possibility to set behave to particular group of users (webcon group) if some one is in that group - read only - need to "click edit" to edit others - edit as standard or ... Hello everyone, Increasingly, when creating large applications containing many processes, dictionaries or document templates, the ability to group processes in Designer Studio would be useful. You can then group processes as you wish, making it much easier to navigate through large applications. Would it be possible to add such grouping to Designer Studio? Greetings to all ;)
Hi everyone, This might be a big one, but on one of latest webinars I've heard that there is open 'Designer Studio' project at Webcon, so I'll give it a shot - if not now, then I'm not sure if there will be a better time ;) I think most of us have used SQL Server Management Studio or Azure Data Studio to test some queries, and maybe a VSCode / Notepad++ for some powershell - all of those support autocompletion (which in most cases of recent software is supported by language server protocol). Hi, it would really be great to add support for the hyperlink action on the attachment menu. The only additional thing which would be required is the id of the current attachment. The hyperlink action supports executing JavaScript and one use case would be to trigger the print dialog without opening the preview. While this is one there may be other use cases which is the reason why I don't request a "print action". Best regards, Daniel
Hi, it would really be great to add a custom title or even a description to a new diagnostic session or in the overview. This would make it easier to identify the session. It would nice if the user could provide the details but it shouldn't be in the "end and save session" dialog. It happened to me a few times, that the a JS error occurred and the dialog wasn't displayed. Best regards, Daniel
Hi, I'm currently reducing the execution time of a long path transition in version 2023.1.2.44. In this context I noticed that saving the instance executes "recalculate rows". In our case this causes another execution of data rows which are only used for displaying information. They are not used in any other combination, even the usage tab is empty. It would be great, if we could have a checkbox or similar for a data row whether the recalculation can be skipped. While each execution take (...)

I propose a change in the configuration of the default dashboards so that it is possible to define different main dashboards for different user groups. E.g. Invoices. A different approach to invoices is expected by the person registering, another by the person describing, another by the accountant, another by the payment team, etc.
Hi all. When searching/changing permissions in Webcon, there are tabs to choose from. If there are more than can fit in the window width, scrolling through them is dramatically slow. I would suggest changing this to a drop-down list. With a search option it would be great. [I added the same topic six months ago, but I'm doing it again because of the lack of response to the previous one].
