Good morning, we are using WebCon 2020 on mobile devices more frequently. Those mobil devices are not allowed to see all start buttons (upper left in the picture / on the upper right the buttons are set to be visible). If i use one dashboard row where only some buttons have visibilty rights, everything is ok. Just the allowed buttons are shown. If the not allowed start-buttons are in a seperate row (buttom screen in picture), there are viewable dummy pictures instead of empty space (upper left (...)

Attachment progress indicator

Several of our workflows have multiple attachments that are usually quite large, some can range up to 100MB for a single file. I would be nice to have a progress indicator of attachment uploads so our users could be sure that the file actually finishes uploading and doesn't leave the site prematurely.

The error indicates no license (license exceeded), but the list of available and used licenses alone indicates that they have not been exceeded. Capture ID of SharePoint document library when adding a new document

When adding a new list item into a SharePoint list, you have the option in BPS to capture the ID of the new list item you have added. Then it is easy to add attachments to this list item using that ID. When I add a new document to a document library, the listID capture option is disabled. It would be really helpful to be able to capture this list ID for a document library as well so that then I can use that to add custom meta-data to the document library for the document I have just copied to SP (...)

Hello there, we are using a tablet pc at the reception counter for our digital 'guest check-in' process. It's just a seperate Dashboard with a report displaying the current check-in step. We are using the "Auto Refresher" for getting the latest check-in data. Our problem now is, that the smallest interval (1min) is still to long, the maximum value good enough would be 30 sec, otherwise the guest has to click the update button in most of the times cause of the long waiting-time. Hiding Rows in Items Lists

Hi. I'm looking for a solution to hide rows of a list element depending on the value of a list element column. I.e. for a task list I would like to have the row visible for everyone, until the checkbox "done" ist set "true". I tried with the "Acceptance" function (see Acceptance.png), but the issue is that I can make the column visible for a (single) defined user, but not for multiple users. Any ideas here? Improvement to "Validate form": Add "Set focus on control" option

Hi everyone, most of the time an error raised by the "Validate form" action can be fixed by the current user. It would be great if we could have a new configuration option "Focus field" where you can set an expression/field. When the error is displayed on the form the "Set Focus" action is executed and the configured value selected. I assume that the "Set focus" action already toggles collapsed groups/other tabs. Allow management of WEBCON BPS Groups to other users than WEBCON Admins

The management of BPS groups is only possible for WEBCON Admins. Some customers wish, that they can do this on their own, but we don't wont to give the required rights. We solved this by means of a little helper workflow, that enabled us to configure the BPS group to manage, a responsible person and an itemlist with the assigned users. Dear WebCon Team, the Concat function is a great advantage for text handling. Unfortunately, it is very hard or let's more say inconvenient, if you forgot a text part. In my understanding it is not possible to replace concat parts or even add text parts before or change there position. e.g. concat[Happy][Weekend!] so I would like to say "Happy easter Weekend!" for this I have to delete Weekend! and type easter and then type again Weekend! Verify Process: Check for non existing users

The Verify Process action (Process configuration test) currently doesn't check if hard coded users still exist. For example a group could be selected in a people field which limits the available users. The group has been deleted like in the attached image. But this doesn't result in an error. Dictionary: Changing type to multi line of field(attribute) Description

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I'm the only one, but whenever I create a dictionary, I replace (hide) the default Description single line field with a new multi line field. Therefore I would suggest to either rename the field to "Short description" or change the default field type. I'm not sure where it's used internally so that it's disabled to change it's type.
