sql editor - monospace font and not to add newlines

Hi, I would have two ideas/requests (probably simple) regarding the SQL editor 1. The SQL query editor should have a monospace font 2. The SQL query after copying to SMSS/notepad has unnecessary newlines. Is it possible not to add newlines? regards

Private view with search parameters

Concat - Vertical Layout

Hello, for AND's and OR's inside business rules we have ability to change layout from horizontal to vertical, which helps to keep it nice and tidy. Few times i've used concat, which got really long - see attachment. Maybe we could get vertical layout for concat? :)

Small change in timeuot configuration

Hi, The change consists of changing the default configuration that is created when the timeout action is added to a step. Default settings are interval 1 minute, number of repetitions: infinite number. If we forget to change this setting, it causes unnecessary and large number of versions, calls to action, etc. to be generated. It will be safer if the default option is : number of repetitions: 1 Regards

Add Grups in Automation

I don't know how is in Webcon 2023 or next 2024 but in 2022 I miss groups in Automation and then add groups in picking ...

Column-Level Grouping on Main Forms

It would be useful to be able to group the data in the itemlist at the column level and on the main form. Currently, we can group at the level of each step, but sometimes when we have many steps, it would be more useful to be able to set it just on the main form. Thanks, Raluca

Business rule: Is edit mode active

Hi everyone, it would really be great if we could have the option to check in a business rule whether the edit mode is active. Currently we can check for: - Admin mode - Mobile device - Share mode At the moment I'm using a combination of business rule and form rule to hide /show an element which is confusing. An alternative or maybe an even better option would be to provide a rule /function with checks, whether a user has edit privileges. Best regards, Daniel

BPS Groups inside BPS Grops

I am unsure if this was requested already because searching for anything has become a nightmare in this community. Still... in AD, you can add groups as members of other groups, but when using and creating BPS Groups, this is not possible, and managing the rights with BPS Groups is not the nicest in certain situations, especially if the customer has to do it. They have hundreds of users to add in multiple groups multiple times.

Start tile without popup

Hi. In version 2023, the method of handling company selection when starting from a tile has been changed. Previously, if the remaining parameters were defined in the button configuration, a form was immediately displayed and the company could be changed directly there. Currently, a popup always appears in this situation and the company can be changed later on the form. Users report this as an unfriendly solution. Hello, It would be great if WebCon BPS could allow to configure application available only "via Browser", not visibible in WebCon BPS Application (for Android/IPhone) at all. Configuration could be on Application level via e.g. 2 checkboxes: "Visible in Anroid App" / "Visible in IPhone App". That solution would enhance Mobile user experience not be overhelmed via full list of application which e.g. mostly could not be foreseen/designed from form/dashboard level as Mobile optimized. Switching "New column" and "New form field"

Hi, I know this is a kind of "stupid" request. If I select an "Item list" it would be great when the order of "New form field" and "New column" would be switched. Even after years of using the Designer Studio I will create new fields instead of new columns, especially after just creating the item list. Maybe it's just me, but I doubt it. Best regards, Daniel

Custom css classes for input fields

I think it would be useful to have the ability to apply custom css classes to input fields. With the current styling options there is no way to style the "inside" of the input controls. The last image is what I'd expect to be able to do, the first 3 images are what is currently possible with out-of-the-box functionality. If that is already possible I'd be happy to know how without having to target precise css classes, data attributes etc.

Import excel action improvement

Dear Webcon Community! Problem: with import excel action you can import excel tables only if you have a table container already added. Sometimes it is difficult if we want to process data in excel table coming from third party. Proposal: there is a way to define column mapping for itemlist file importing. It would be nice to have a feature in import action to take into account that one, instead of expecting a table in excel file. What do you think? Thank you! BR, Peter

Extending Reports with external data

When creating the reports it would be useful to have the option of joining the WFElements table to other external tables in order to show data from other systems in the same report without the need to duplicate this data on Webcon. ​This way the integrations with other systems would be even easier and there would be no need to duplicate data that already exist in some other system. Can you consider developing such functionality?
