Please add an option to configure font size in studio. Especially with high resolution monitors studio is almost unusable due to very small fonts. This is totally not user friendly especially for people with even slight vision disabilities (wearing glasses).
In WEBCON the development is so fast and agile that it started to create bottlenecks in the deployment activity. We are using Azure DevOps and it would be great if some kind of pipeline could be created in order to start and deploy things in an automated manner.
Hello WEBCON, i was struggeling with the "Update attachment" action. Our users have the abillity to to upload as many pictures they need to the attachment section in one of our procceses. We would like to rename all files to the same mayor file name with an attached ATT_ID or counting number. It would be great if in future versions there would be a third parameter under Attachment details, where the ATT_ID is selectable (SEE PICTURE). I've overlooked an already existing user voice created by Markus. Hi, could we please get an option to define an additional .css file inside the theme. It could be similar to the implementation for defining the logos which can be loaded from an URL or uploaded as a file. There's an option to switch from horizontal to vertical layout if you click on AND/OR operators. Could this be extended to all other operators, too. :) This would reduce the scrolling and therefore improve readability a lot.
Dear WebCon Team, we most urgently need the possibility to have further authentication methods using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID in the context of REST - Web Service. At the moment the limitation does us not allow to communicate with other systems in the way of microservices. This extension would be a great increase of data communication. We have a use-case, where people need to export data from an SQL-Grid to Excel for data-verification. Unfortunately the export to excel only allows exporting the header + 999 rows of data - At least i couldn't find a way to raise the limit. It would be very helpful to get a parameter for a variable maximum row count for the Export in the SQL-grid configuration. Thanks!

Hi, the "new" confirm/alert functions are really great and please don't remove the option to pass HTML as a parameter. :) Yet there's always room for improvement. Could we get additional/optional parameter for the title, yes and no button? Depending on the context the labels "Confirmation", "Yes" and "No" may not be the best. Hi, A useful option would be the ability to automatically revoke the reading entitlement that remains after a task is assigned. Such an option could be checked on the task assignment action and in the task configuration on the path. Operation similar to the option on the add permission action where the permission expires after the path. Regards.
Hello everyone, each time an instance is edited via a path, the attachments are duplicated in the database, even though they may not have been customized. Would it be possible for the attachments to only be duplicated if the current version has actually been edited? Best regards Marc
Dear Community, I’ve come up with an idea to enhance how we schedule maintenance service windows in WEBCON BPS. What if we introduced the ability to set maintenance periods (either ad-hoc or recurring) directly within the system (in Studio or on website in Admin area)? Hi, this one is related to this post: https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/5796/15 While I encountered that we can no longer set fields which are read-only using workflow control actions, I have run into the same using single field value actions. Currently 2024.1.1.88 we need to make sure that all fields we are settings with action have at least to be marked as "read-only (cannot be modified except by JavaScript)". Hi, I'm currently upgrading processes from 2022 to WEBCON BPS 2024 and encountered another unexpected change. Both "Start a subworkflow" actions "now" verify whether a field is visible. While in one case I didn't declare two fields as visible in the start step I have a visibility restriction in another. Since the visibility restriction of uses the 'Source' field value (1), which is set by the "Start a subworkflow" action, it's always false. Therefore the field 'Assessment answer' is neve (...)
Hi, I'm currently upgrading processes to WEBCON BPS 2024. I was expecting issues with custom JavaScript but encountered also one with the "Add attachment" action. While testing I got this error: Error occurred in add attachment action: Copy attachments. No attachments I'm not sure when, but it seems that WEBCON BPS now checks whether any attachments exist which can be copied over. If they don't exist an error is thrown.
