Hi, I would have two ideas/requests (probably simple) regarding the SQL editor 1. The SQL query editor should have a monospace font 2. The SQL query after copying to SMSS/notepad has unnecessary newlines. Is it possible not to add newlines? regards

Hi, It would be useful if we could collapse the attachments in the 'All attachments' tab by categories. When we use the 'related attachments' feature, there are many attachments, and it would be helpful if we could collapse all the attachments by categories or just the 'Current' category." One feature, useful especially during debugging would be the ability to disable lines in form rules (let's say by some toggle n the right of the line alowing to either disable or enable this line).
It would be very useful from the users' point of view to add the ability to change the order/position rows of the item list by dragging. Regards
Hi. It would be good to use a different color if the condition for performing the operation passed the path false, in the action log. If the operation is performed for a large number of elements, checking the log would be much easier and clearer.
Massactions in reports are quite usefull, but they only support path transitions. There are cases, where you would like to apply changes to workflow elements which are in different steps. For those cases i would be great having the option to just update the element rather than moving to another step. Background of this idea is a potentially new customer where we have to replace their current mass action functionality (e.g. sending e-mails, mail merge letters). Adding to possibility t (...)
I think it would be useful to have the ability to apply custom css classes to input fields. With the current styling options there is no way to style the "inside" of the input controls. The last image is what I'd expect to be able to do, the first 3 images are what is currently possible with out-of-the-box functionality. If that is already possible I'd be happy to know how without having to target precise css classes, data attributes etc.
HI, I propose to add possibility to do photos from builded cameras in laps/computer/no mobile devices like mobile. So to not do photo, save it on device and now addind to element. But to add exact after to the photo by camera, and run camera from element. It's could by by custom action or use build funcionality. That problems show on Windows Surfface oraz normal windows where we can't use such functions.
The preview generation functionality should be somehow improved. Currently it is bound to how big the designer studio window is and implicitly how big the resolution of your monitor is. We have some very big workflows that won't fit on any screen and the preview would always be blurry and unusable.
Hi, I've run into an 'issue' using the 'Generate a Pdf file' action. https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/770 I used 'new' HTML / CSS features which haven't been supported or even been available by the provided version of the 'Winnovative HTML to PDF Converter' engine. WEBCON BPS utilizes version 7, while the current version is 15. Hello there, with working much more with compact start buttons, i am optimizing our older dashboard layouts. We have a few applications, which have many start buttons. So i was wondering, if, maybe, in further coming WEBCON versions there could be the possibility to add 2 more "section layouts" like i posted in the picture. Mostly the usefull one would be: half side left, and two small columns in the right half - just for start buttons. If space would be big enough, that would be a more effic (...)
Currently there's no option to manage e-mail notifications in Webcon BPS. It would be a nice feature for users to be able to manage from which process / step they want to receive notifications and from which not. Just like they can personalize portal main page. Now if user are assigned to a lot of applications, it usually create mail rule in it's mail client which move all notifications to one place, which provides to situation when some really important notifications are missed by users.
An errors section where the community can post common errors and possible solutions for them. A search by error message or code would be great. We are building one of those blogs for errors internal, but it would be great if the community can have their input on it. Also the version of WEBCON would be an useful filed to group by.
We have a use-case, where people need to export data from an SQL-Grid to Excel for data-verification. Unfortunately the export to excel only allows exporting the header + 999 rows of data - At least i couldn't find a way to raise the limit. It would be very helpful to get a parameter for a variable maximum row count for the Export in the SQL-grid configuration. Thanks!
We love the inbuilt analytics features. The give us the opportunity to take a quick look whats going on. Especially for smaller Applications the Advanced Analytics Framework is very useful. Currently a user needs at least the role "Business Administrator". But we do not want to give this high-level access rights (change / delete workflows) to our analysts (department manager, process manager, ....) So a dedicated Role "Analytics" (in combination with read all instances) would be very helpf (...)
Hi everyone, We have a workflow, where a lot of attachments are being passed around departments, in this case it's over 10 files, but there are some outliers with even 30. With this workflow we've also implemented a 'copy form' functionality, which creates new instance with filled in data and copied attachments. The thing is, sometimes in the copy of the document we only need 20 from those 30 files, and manually removing 10 of them takes some time. Could we maybe get some checkboxes near (...)
Hi, it would be nice, if we could define, whether the description field is displayed is displayed when uploading a new attachment. If we are using the old "add attachment" option we can select the category. If we are using the new "add from camera" option, we can overwrite the filename and set the category. If the user want's to provide a description, he has to: - finish the upload - Click on attributes - Save the changes If the description field would be available during the uploa (...)
Hi, it would really be nice to have an option to store the created attachment id in a field /parameter. Right now I have a "change value of single field" action afterwards which retrieves the id of the last created attachment. It should always be the one which was created just before. But it doesn't "feel" right. This option should be available on all attachment actions. Best regards, Daniel
