Dear Community, how about adding an icon to path button? Something similar to adding an icon to menu button. I think it could be very useful and could improve user experience in this matter. Best.

Hi everyone, it would be nice if the description of a rule parameter would be displayed in addition to its type, when hovering above a parameter. Best regards, Daniel

Often there are scenarios, where the length of a text input field should be limited. This can basically done by means of a regular expression. However, this would still allow the user, to enter more than the allowed characters. It would be great, to have a property in the configuration section to limit the maximum length.

Can you please add a simple feature - application (or process) versions ? The idea is to have a "back" button - revert to (any) previous version if something goes wrong. I know - you want us to use DEV/TEST/PROD environment. Sure. But versioning would be a nice feature, really. Two options for you to choose: 1. every save is a new version 2. save as new version button

Description of change: In the low-code system in the Comments field, the System Administrator should be able to delete a comment added by a user. First option: The deleted comment will not be visible to normal users. (as if it had never been added) OR Second option: The deleted comment will be replaced by the default type text: {username} delete added comment (something like deleting a message in Messenger) OR both :) In the change history (in administrative mode), the comment wi (...)

Dear Community, The new Fluent 2 interface is undoubtedly a significant step forward in design and usability. However, I believe there’s room for further refinement to enhance user experience. One suggestion would be introducing a customizable density setting, similar to the “Roomy,” “Cozy,” and “Compact” options available in Outlook. Such a feature could prove especially beneficial on devices with smaller screens, like laptops. For instance, in scenarios where a form is open with the detai (...)

What if it were possible to add as an option the ability to specify the maximum number of attributes per line for a horizontal layout? In my conception, a larger number of attributes added to a group would be automatically set in the next line , creating a kind of table. In such a solution, any division could theoretically be achieved. Regards.

Hi everyone, the current option to generate word documents with the Word AddIn is great for a lot of use cases. We did a little PoC and we noticed that we could cover even more if there would be a "power user" option. The generation used the Aspose library which supports a template syntax. This allows to write code inside the word document to generate more sophisticated documents. Examples: - Instead of rendering item list/ data tables as tables in word we could generate "chapters" (...)

Functionalities like import/export applications, update plugin-packages and the generation of process documentations are only available within Designer Studio. Doing things manually tend to end up in inconsistencies. E.g. when packaging a new release, we might forget to update the documentation. Not sure what's best / easier, extending the rest api or making the functions available in a cmd line tool. Functions to nice to be automated: - Import/export of applications - Import/export o (...)

The last "under review" entry is from Mai 2022, so i post this request just another time. It would be such a great advantage, if you would at a "delete row(s)" function to WEBCON Action templates. Thanks, Bjoern

This would be a great option if the attachment could be moved to the indicated item id on the action. Currently, there is an option only to move an attachment from the indicated element to the current one (the one on which the action is) i.e. "copy from", but if it were possible to move an attachment from the current one (the one on which the action is) to the indicated one "copy to" this would solve problems in situations where we need to use a timeout to copy something. An example would be (...)

Hi, from time to time we have the use case that an item list row may not be delete under specific circumstances by the user. Currently there's no easy way to prevent this. One option could be to display "virtual" columns for these actions in the item list, so that one could make use of the existing functionality "column edit restriction". With this we could define whether the action should be displayed for this row like it is possible to define whether a cell is editable or not. Best re (...)

Hi, As for now you have 3 options in Item List: add rows, update rows, and replace rows. But there is no option to delete row. It would be really handy especially if there are some flaws in process and some rows on item list that shouldn't be there. Now if you want to delete them by action you have to use Replace Values option with SQL Query that returns only rows, that you want to leave in the form, so other rows are going to be deleted. The problem is that every row is deleted and than rows f (...)

Hi everyone, with the advent of BPS 2022 during the save/path transition of an workflow instance it will be checked, whether the latest version of a process matches the version whit which the instance has been retrieved. If you save the process in Designer Studio it will get a new version and you have to reload the page. You can no longer execute paths or even save the workflow instance. While I can understand the intention, it just annoys me because it slows down the development/testing: (...)

Hi everyone, it would be great if we would have an additional option to the "wizard mode". The implementation of the wizard mode always displays the current workflow upon path transition. At least I have quite often the situation, that I need a "conditional wizard mode". This means, that the wizard mode depends on the new assigned person. If it's the same person as the current one, the workflow needs to be executed in a wizard mode. In all other cases it's not executed in a wizard mode. O (...)

Hi everyone, maybe I have a wrong idea how a multi value picker field is used in filters/groups in reports. Current situation: The picker field will store the selected values in the order they have been chosen. If you use this field as a group, every unique "string" will be used as a group. Example: Workflow instance 1: IT: Research & Development Workflow instance 2: IT: Research & Development;Quality Management Workflow instance 3: IT: Research & Development;Quality Managem (...)

It would be great having an additional field "Description" for local groups.

It would be nice if there were the following changes to the form rule alerts/confirmation functions: a) Modal dialog They could reuse the modal dialog from the "single row edit" instead of using the browser integrated alert/confirmation window. This would result in a more consistent user experience. Of course it would be nice to set title, body and button texts but I would be fine with setting the body at least. :) b) Allowing html for the body. Currently adding line breaks is cluttering the fo (...)

Hi In order to improve and standardize the appearance of data entered in the description field, I propose adding the option of formatting HTML text in the description of groups and tabs. Similarly to what is possible in the description fields on attributes. Regards

Hi, It often happens that the list of items should have unique values, at least in 1 column. Currently, I often create and add a script to check when adding an item with this value already exists. A great convenience would be the option in the column configuration, 'unique item'. The user would receive an alert that an item with this value has already been added to the list. Regards.
