Please add an option to configure font size in studio. Especially with high resolution monitors studio is almost unusable due to very small fonts. This is totally not user friendly especially for people with even slight vision disabilities (wearing glasses).
In WEBCON the development is so fast and agile that it started to create bottlenecks in the deployment activity. We are using Azure DevOps and it would be great if some kind of pipeline could be created in order to start and deploy things in an automated manner.
I know this might be a controversial one when it comes to performance, but sometimes it could be quite useful to be able to bring that value in reports. Some of that sometimes could also be done with calculated columns in reports, but it could be easier I suppose.
Hi, I've run into an 'issue' using the 'Generate a Pdf file' action. https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/770 I used 'new' HTML / CSS features which haven't been supported or even been available by the provided version of the 'Winnovative HTML to PDF Converter' engine. WEBCON BPS utilizes version 7, while the current version is 15. Often there are scenarios, where the length of a text input field should be limited. This can basically done by means of a regular expression. However, this would still allow the user, to enter more than the allowed characters. It would be great, to have a property in the configuration section to limit the maximum length.
The absence chart lacks to possibility to save personal views as it is possible for normal reports. Only Administrators can add and modify views via the configuration menu. For absence charts the same options from modifying views should be possible as for other reports.
Hello WEBCON, i was struggeling with the "Update attachment" action. Our users have the abillity to to upload as many pictures they need to the attachment section in one of our procceses. We would like to rename all files to the same mayor file name with an attached ATT_ID or counting number. It would be great if in future versions there would be a third parameter under Attachment details, where the ATT_ID is selectable (SEE PICTURE). A counting number as fourth parameter would be even better (...)
Good morning, we are using WebCon 2020 on mobile devices more frequently. Those mobil devices are not allowed to see all start buttons (upper left in the picture / on the upper right the buttons are set to be visible). If i use one dashboard row where only some buttons have visibilty rights, everything is ok. Just the allowed buttons are shown. If the not allowed start-buttons are in a seperate row (buttom screen in picture), there are viewable dummy pictures instead of empty space (upper left (...)
Good morning everyone, i am wondering, if someone of you already managed to rename the attachments with a kind of numbering within webcon. Continous number or just the ATT_ID would be fine. I am using one process for picture documentation and beside 6 picturefields there is the possibility to attach as many pictures as the user wants to the attachment section. Hi, I really like the new option that an user can authenticate himself against an arbitrary authentication provider. Several of our workflows have multiple attachments that are usually quite large, some can range up to 100MB for a single file. I would be nice to have a progress indicator of attachment uploads so our users could be sure that the file actually finishes uploading and doesn't leave the site prematurely.
There is a problem with using Designer Desk in version 2021.1.3.178. The error indicates no license (license exceeded), but the list of available and used licenses alone indicates that they have not been exceeded. Three users are entered as authorized persons for Designer Desk on the Designer studio side in Configuration. No editing in this field is possible at the moment
When adding a new list item into a SharePoint list, you have the option in BPS to capture the ID of the new list item you have added. Then it is easy to add attachments to this list item using that ID. When I add a new document to a document library, the listID capture option is disabled. It would be really helpful to be able to capture this list ID for a document library as well so that then I can use that to add custom meta-data to the document library for the document I have just copied to SP (...)

For example: - Date one must be after date two - Date must be in the future - Integer value must be positive These are implemented as "validate form" action since I prefer validation on the server rather than on the client only. Hello there, we are using a tablet pc at the reception counter for our digital 'guest check-in' process. It's just a seperate Dashboard with a report displaying the current check-in step. We are using the "Auto Refresher" for getting the latest check-in data. Our problem now is, that the smallest interval (1min) is still to long, the maximum value good enough would be 30 sec, otherwise the guest has to click the update button in most of the times cause of the long waiting-time. Hi. I'm looking for a solution to hide rows of a list element depending on the value of a list element column. I.e. for a task list I would like to have the row visible for everyone, until the checkbox "done" ist set "true". I tried with the "Acceptance" function (see Acceptance.png), but the issue is that I can make the column visible for a (single) defined user, but not for multiple users. Any ideas here? The preferred would be a "HIDE ITEM LIST ROW" function in the form rules. Kind regard (...)

Hi everyone, most of the time an error raised by the "Validate form" action can be fixed by the current user. It would be great if we could have a new configuration option "Focus field" where you can set an expression/field. When the error is displayed on the form the "Set Focus" action is executed and the configured value selected. I assume that the "Set focus" action already toggles collapsed groups/other tabs. Hi everyone, I'm not sure with which release the application group headers are transformed to lower case, but could we get rid of it again? I can live with all upper case, but transforming all characters to lower case after the first one is simply not acceptable. - Abbreviations look like word - The corporate design may define how some words are written - It looks like a spelling error.
