By this I mean the ability to enable such an option in the global configuration and, for example, add an email notification action about automation errors in the context of the whole system. Hi, Currently we have 'Error occured' in the header of the validation message. This often results in unnecessary logging of error reports from users who do not read the content, but only suggest that there is an error. Perhaps it would be a good idea to change the content of the header to something else that does not suggest an error, or allow it to be defined per action or globally? Regards.
Hi, In my opinion, the biggest advantage of BPS data sources is the ability to link to a selected element. However, the disadvantage is much lower performance in advanced conditions, inability to join data, use union, and combine data from different content databases. By changing the source from BPS to SQL, users lose the functionality of the link. Hi, I'm sorry, if this a duplicate, but I'm not sure if I added it already or maybe someone else. If selecting a value of a choose field from a data source throws and this causes an error, it's not easily possible to see the actual "request" which was used to get the data. There are ways around this: - In case of SQL and you have access to the server you could activate the SQL profiler - In case of rest/soap requests you could add an http interceptor which can be used as a proxy. Hello everyone, I've got a use case, where users want to make a specific path always redirect them to a specific dashboard. Right now, the returnurl parameter is built dynamically, and we (developers) don't have almost any possibilities to change that behavior (we can create our custom links, so there is some). In most cases it will work like that IF user opened element from the dashboard, but that's not always the case. I'm thinking about 'override returnurl' option on specific path - som (...)
One feature, useful especially during debugging would be the ability to disable lines in form rules (let's say by some toggle n the right of the line alowing to either disable or enable this line).
Hi everyone, I just received a response in a ticket and the rich text contained a link to an attachment. I've never thought about this, but I really like this. In this context it would be great, if the context menu auf an attachment would have a function to copy the link of the attachment. Hello everyone, I've encountered too many times situation, where i need to make really subtle change in application, to fix some kind of error/bug. Changes so small like: * Add column on a report * Update filter on picker field * Update filter on report * Check 'wizard mode' on path * Reorder paths * and other fixes requiring less than 5 minutes of work in designer studio... Going through whole DEV/TEST/PROD workflow is overkill for those, and waiting 2+ weeks for making that change (...)
Now there are 3 circles showing new tasks, all taks and overdue tasks. In my environment there are tasks that should be marked as postponed - some tasks should be separated from the normal ones, as users intentionally know they will do some task in the future, but don't want to mix these tasks with the current ones. There could be an action that would mark a task as postponed and another one marking as normal. I know that this can be achieved with a variable and grouping, but users like the task (...)
There should be possibility to save all attachemnts from the archived elements in the archived elements report just as in the normal report. I need this possibility badly now! :-)
Can we have a new feature to add context variables to the HTML dashboard widget? For example application ID, ID of a report etc. When copying application from Production to Test, the report IDs are different and HTML links are therefore broken.
Dear WEBCON Team, has anyone else noticed that when you zoom in the WorkFlow designer and press save or leave the tab then re-enter, the zoom is significantly reduced. This seems inconvenient. Is there a setting with which the zoom stays as adjusted per me? Best Regards, Lena
Hello, I'm having a case, where I need to display last comment, author of the comment, and date on a Data Table attribute. I don't want to move the comments, to parent flow, as this will create a lot of mess due to lots of child flows. I thought this could be a built in feature, same as we can select last comment in buisness rules context, we could access it from reports, and webcon data sources, so it would be easy to display it.
I was thinking that it is a good thing you can place attributes horizontaly in a group. However in addition there could be something like "number of attributes in a row". An example - when I have 9 attributes in a group and would like to place them in a matrix 3 x 3 (let's say in this case this is the best layout for some purpose) now I have to create 3 groups of 3 attributes and turn off the visibility of group names. Hi. In version 2023, the method of handling company selection when starting from a tile has been changed. Previously, if the remaining parameters were defined in the button configuration, a form was immediately displayed and the company could be changed directly there. The history of items sometimes contains from several to several hundred or several thousand items. A proposal to add the possibility of presenting the last 5-10 history elements, because with hundreds of history elements a timeout error is received.
