I've overlooked an already existing user voice created by Markus. Hi, could we please get an option to define an additional .css file inside the theme. It could be similar to the implementation for defining the logos which can be loaded from an URL or uploaded as a file. Benefits: - We don't need to use the HTML field on the form level, like https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/41/15 - HTML fields can't be displayed on reports so we are creating other workarounds - It's not necessar (...)
Designer Studio gives the possibility to apply additional button styles. Adding the possibiltiy to define additional class attributes on the path properties would make the styling easier. The custom styles could be defined in the new html-field (for every process we would have to define it again) or much better, let it define in the themes editor! Hi, I think it would be great if we could switch from the BPS Portal to the user's account and check what he sees on the form and reports. The system and business (global) administrator would have such privileges. From the BPS Portal level, he could use the icon to switch to any user's account (administrative mode). Sometimes data source values are filtered and there is no way to see what the user actually sees. Regards, D.
Hello I have a question. Is it possible to replace a user in webcon with another one, i.e. I have an account xxx@domain.com and I would like everything that was and is on the account xxx@domain.com to be assigned to the new account yyy@domain.com Thank you in advance
Hello everyone, each time an instance is edited via a path, the attachments are duplicated in the database, even though they may not have been customized. Would it be possible for the attachments to only be duplicated if the current version has actually been edited? Best regards Marc

Hi, I would like to propose the ability to use HTML formatted text in calculated columns of reports. Now HTML tags are displayed as plain text, e.g. we can use only one link in row or not able to split/format text into lines. I remember that there was such possibility in Sharepoint reports and I miss it :)
Although there is a 'Tips & Tricks' category in the forum, the forum is primarily used for asking questions. Searching for specific tips and tricks is not always optimal. My suggestion is to create a separate section for this, with the option to allow external contributions. This could either be regulated like the Knowledge Base or open like the forum. Ideally, this section could include subcategories for specific topics. I believe this would be highly beneficial, especially for newer WEB (...)
Hi everyone, I've got today a question from my business side if there is a possibility to change how 'Coply link to clipboard' button works. Right now it copies raw URL to the element, so after pasting it into teams it's visible as raw URL. When you copy URL from the browser search bar, it's being pasted as formatted link and it's presented as {Signature} with underscore, and it's blue - so a link. Tool tip for path description - HTML tags acceptation ... so big "field" ... so much information can "absorb" ... and no HTML tags formatting :/

Hello everyone, we use a lot of custom email templates. One recurring issue is the lack of options for design and name changes for "Go to Element" and "Go to Application". Additionally, emails for users who rarely interact with WEBCON often find the "Go to Element" button confusing. It would be desirable for us if the names were customizable and the fields could respond to HTML design instructions. Ideally, it would also be great if images could be used as buttons for that fields. (...)

Hi, at the moment we have to decide whether we want to send a standard or custom notification (mail). While some users receive only a few mails this way, other receive to many and want to receive only a summary on a scheduled interval. While we can and have implement a configuration for an application on process level this is still limited and makes the automations less readable while the option to send a mail with a task can not bused at all. For a customer we need ISO week numbers integrated into the date picker feature. Sales managers schedule promotions with forecasts, which they need to transfer to demand planners. This process relies heavily on identifying the correct week number. Currently, they have to open Outlook to cross-reference week numbers with corresponding dates, which is time-consuming and disrupts their workflow. I have Actions on path ... Generate Word Convert Word to PDF Delete attachment (docx) or more ... demands Appears during process ... Hello, I would like to make a suggestion or find solution for branding case. We got customized White Template (as a copy) + we customized coloring of navigation sections by global CSS (setup in System settings in BPS Studio). Result is visible in the attached screenshots. Such coloring works fine for light templates, but not for dark one. And I thought that Additional CSS per template would be a nice feature in the product. And as workaround for now - could you please give me a hint how (...)
