Hi, would it be possible to have an option for radio buttons to be formatted to appear horizontally on the form instead of vertically? Would be a good addition to help save space on a form. kind regards, Dean
It would be nice if you had the possibility to define the language in which a custom email is sent based on a form field or item list column. We have multiple applications where recipients of e-mails have to addressed in their own language regardless of the user language which is used in the form.
Hi everyone, when an item list column is deleted, it will be checked whether it is used and the usages can be displayed. It would be nice, if we could have this option without clicking delete. :) I attached the screenshot which displays the usage of the item list column and that the usages are different from the item list itself. At this pointthe only way to generate multiple word documents is to create multiple actions, or if you have a dynamic number of documents, you should use subworkflows. The second solution works alright when we are talking about 2-20 documents, but (I'm not sure if all of you are aware) creating an new instance, ore moving it one step is a verry slow action and if you need to move or create 1000 instances using the default actions you will have to wait sometimes hours. Is it possible to have the Itemlist action buttons in front of the item list? As most of the times we have few hundred records and in case of do some action on the itemlist... we need to go to bottom of the item list and scroll to the right and do some action. After the action complets we do the same thing like go to bottom of the page scroll to right and do some action.. Instead if we have the actions in begining of the itemlist will be good feature or please guide me how to achieve this.
Hi everyone, with the advent of BPS 2022 during the save/path transition of an workflow instance it will be checked, whether the latest version of a process matches the version whit which the instance has been retrieved. If you save the process in Designer Studio it will get a new version and you have to reload the page. You can no longer execute paths or even save the workflow instance. Hi there, I have observed the problem. During the transfer between DEV-TEST-PROD environments there is an uncontrolled change in the order of formal parameters in the form rules. This results wrong assigning the actual parameters when the rule was called after import.

Hi, We have encountered a 2nd customer asking us for the following functionality: When a user is opening an instance from a report, a list with all the users who viewed the data should be available. I am not sure how that could be handled when users preview a report, as the reports could contain all the data from the instances. That functionality should probably be added on the reports somehow, but that is just my brain talking loudly.
Hi, I really like the new default picker option "Show link to selected workflow instance". Unfortunately it's only available for the data source "BPS Internal view". If I select a dictionary and probably a template process, it's not available. Therefore I have to create an Internal view in addition to the automatically created dictionary data source. Please add an option to configure font size in studio. Especially with high resolution monitors studio is almost unusable due to very small fonts. This is totally not user friendly especially for people with even slight vision disabilities (wearing glasses).

It would be great to be able to pass any attachment id to the 'show first attachment on page load', e.g. via sql query editor.
Hi everyone, most of the time an error raised by the "Validate form" action can be fixed by the current user. It would be great if we could have a new configuration option "Focus field" where you can set an expression/field. When the error is displayed on the form the "Set Focus" action is executed and the configured value selected. I assume that the "Set focus" action already toggles collapsed groups/other tabs. The management of BPS groups is only possible for WEBCON Admins. Some customers wish, that they can do this on their own, but we don't wont to give the required rights. We solved this by means of a little helper workflow, that enabled us to configure the BPS group to manage, a responsible person and an itemlist with the assigned users. This works quite nice this way. However, it would be great, when this option would be built-in. Could be either in the same place as for the admin or a widget (...)
It would be great, to have some kind of IDE in the Designer Studio while editing SQL or Javascript code. Therefore it would already help if there were line numbers and code highlighting e.g. for opening and closing brackets. Sometime it is difficult to manage your own code when it reaches a certain number of lines. For example, if you have a Javascript code and only one semicolon or closing bracket is missing, you need to look for the issue. Yes, you could copy your code to another tool (...)
Currently there's no option to manage e-mail notifications in Webcon BPS. It would be a nice feature for users to be able to manage from which process / step they want to receive notifications and from which not. Just like they can personalize portal main page. Now if user are assigned to a lot of applications, it usually create mail rule in it's mail client which move all notifications to one place, which provides to situation when some really important notifications are missed by users.
Curently there is only one option to install Office Add-Ins from Webcon Portal - use Internet Explorer. As we know IE is realy old web browser and Microsoft is going to finish support for this browser at 21th of August 2021. We should add support for this feature for modern web browsers.
