Dear WebCon Team, we most urgently need the possibility to have further authentication methods using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID in the context of REST - Web Service. At the moment the limitation does us not allow to communicate with other systems in the way of microservices. This extension would be a great increase of data communication. When adding or updating elements via Rest Api, for picker fields it is required to provide Id and name. Quite often the name is known, but not the id. As picker fields are usually based on datasources, it would by great, when the api would be extended with methods to query datasources. There should be at least two methods: 1) getting a list of all available datasources (overall / by application) 2) query a datasource with a filter. WEBCON BPS reporting offers great functionality for sorting, filtering. It would great having the option to implement and configure a SDK extension for reports, which would allow to execute an action based on the current selection. In my case the SDK extension would receive the selected rows with all fields and generate an advanced Pdf report. Quick Manual should be entry point, to see quick manual right now user must enter form to start process first. The order shall be the other way: first read manual, later start process.
Hi, no idea about the future plans for the portal, but you should definitely consider adding some more functions, like: - user defined left menu - pages, not just dashboards - option to turn off the default dashboard - dashboard HTML element should have some kind of HTML editor, not just a narrow window for code pasting. It's hard to make any changes without copy/paste to external editor - dashboard text element is too narrow, it should be resizable ! Almost impossible to edit large amount of (...)
Can you please add an option to encrypt fields, and user configure who can decrypt ? Why ? Becouse, in some business appliactions, administrators not always should be able to see some confidential information send in BPS forms. Senders should decide.
In new versions o WebCon BPS using Word templates are now using GUID identifier witch enables using it's in all environments. But the functionality o Word templates are very simple. It's now enough flexible for control conditions for hide, show etc. information's. For example: You can not show header of table, but empty row is always. In HTML you can control this. Adding using GUID in HTML templates give the more flexible possibility to build templates witch information

Whenever I create a new step in the designer studio, I need to add a path too. The only steps which don't need at least one path are the final paths, which may have already been created by the wizard. So it would save a little bit of time for everyone if there would already be a path. :) Daniel
Hi, the "new" confirm/alert functions are really great and please don't remove the option to pass HTML as a parameter. :) Yet there's always room for improvement. Could we get additional/optional parameter for the title, yes and no button? Depending on the context the labels "Confirmation", "Yes" and "No" may not be the best. Hi, I'm just configuring my xx validation action in which I check whether a field value is unique for the given form type. Sometimes I include the business entity and sometimes I ignore it. Hi, I think it would be good to add the functionality of sending an email to the replacement person (checkbox). We do not always set up a replacement in the HR process where we can send an e-mail notification. By doing this via the BPS Portal, we are unable to notify the replacement person that they have received this honor :) Best regards, D.

Hi, we got the feedback in the past that the users sometimes don't recognize the Edit button. In WEBCON BPS the "Cancel editing" button is really prominent. Could we get the same design for the Edit button? I'm also wondering whether the "Cancel editing" should be displayed in as it is. Hi, what do you think of collapsing the toolbar on a report to a gear/action icon or similar? I have the feeling that the toolbar is not regularly used and collapsing it could save some space. Hi, this may be a duplicate but I'm not sure whether I have added it and didn't found anything related. It would be great if we could display report tiles not only vertically but also horizontally (floating). In addition it would be great if we could not only select a custom font color for the accent but one of the new brand colors in WEBCON BPS 2025. Hi, depending on the use case / form it may be helpful to extend the option to place field names above the control from multi line fields to all fields. They are already automatically placed above, if you are using a mobile/tablet , but this could also help when using a PC. Especially if you are using an other form template than 50/50 this may improve the UI when for "normal" monitor resolution and large ones. Hi everyone, while it is not so easy to come up with a new navigation structure with folders and elements in these folder with WEBCON BPS 2025, I have even more problems with multilingual elements. Hi, in WEBCON BPS 2025 R1 opening the popup search no longer focuses on the search input, instead the close button get's the focus. Entering the popup search and hitting the enter key will close the popup search instead of showing all elements. Best regards, Daniel
