Hi there, as far as I know there is no official support for Azure SQL for the WEBCON BPS databases today. If we implement WEBCON BPS in a customer's own Azure tenant as their private cloud, it would be smart to use Azure SQL, because of the integrated HA features, scalability and low maintenance effort. WEBCON BPS is very well integrated with Microsoft technology and has great integrations with Microsoft services, i.e. M365. Hello all, Hope you're doing great! Does anyone know how to configure a query which will return where a specific user was set in any action? I'm using this article https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/checking-user-and-group-privileges/258/3 but I want to also check where for example the user is hard coded for the Task Assignment for example. Hello, I have designed a solution for users so they can access their workflow documents via a simple report, that shows a list of documents with links. This seemed to be the most user-friendly way of presenting documents list. The report shows a list of documents from specified document flow definition. Unfortunately, the report runs very slow, even though there are not many documents in the database yet (about 40), and the users have to wait until the page refreshes. Hi, I have noticed that you can create multiple content databases on one Webcon installation. Why and how would you actually use that? It would be great if you could segregate the instances of different business entities in different databases, but I am not sure that is possible. What else do you know about this subject of multiple content databases on the same Webcon portal. Thanks, Razvan

Hi, I have a project where I can't save attachment in a webcon database storage(becouse of company policies). I am looking for a solution to store attachments on network drive. Is there possibility to change localization of attachment ? May be some workaround? Some action, rule, ect? I thought about action which will create a folder on shared drive and webcon form will show information to user where to store attachment. But I don't know how to achieve this:/ Any idea?

Hi all, i hope you are well. We have moved our PROD-Environments Databases to a different SQL Server last night. Except from some annoying trouble with Sharepoint and the Webcon solutions we managed to get everything running smoothly again. We uninstalled everything except from SOLR, and installed it again. The old databases are offline. Currently there is still an alias configured, that routes traffic that might go to the old SQL-Server to the new one, which is okay, but nothing we want to (...)
Hello everyone, did someone update the database compatibility level from the default 'SQL Server 2008 (100)' to a newer one and can share their experience? I really would like to make use of those "new" functions instead of using hard to read workarounds. Best regards, Daniel
