Hello everyone, I have to generate a Choice Field based on a Query that have an aditional filter. The filter should only allow entries that are higher than a Decimal Field in the Form. Somthing like in the Picture. But this did not work.... Has someone an Idea?
I would like to start Flow and save it on start .. why? 1. I have got drop down list - pick signature from other flow then: a) filing the form b) invoke menu button (automation) to load item list ... but it works only if menu button is (to have it I need save flow - set Signature ) then it works but with out save and set signature menu button is invisible and can't access :/ if I start flow from other flow (start subflow acction) on path Save (Zapisz) then I have got all data like (...)
Hi, When editing a step, under Forms tab, in the Task form group, there is a "Form:" dropdown, to which list you can add another form - which I did. The second form shoul present the same information as the Default form, but visually groupped some other way. I found no documentation on how to use this feature, could you please show me where to look? The actual need is to have different visual appearence for the same data - if not task form, then how can this be achieved? Thanks, Mihail
Hello Community, is it possible to deactivate in the calendar in the DateTime attribute the possibility to select dates from months before the current month and dates from months after the current month ? Example in the picture - January no possibility of selection (disable), February possibility of selection (enable).

Hello everyone! We use WEBCON BPS in a multi-company configuration. We are the government institution, Our organizational structure consists of branches, not companies. So using the "Business entity" label can be misleading. I wonder if there is any way to change the "Busines entity" label to, for example: "Branch" label? Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello It's my firs question, so please dont "eat" me at the start :) In our workflow we assing form to specifich worker. Workers are assingned first by AD groups (which decide if they can acces webcon or not) and than by specific BPS groups. Problem arise, whet person to whom job is assingned stops working. He's automaticli removed from AD and any atempt to move proces is an error. We circumvent that by adding field: Owner, and using it as source of job assigment. This way if such situat (...)

For example, on the start, I want the info to show request's open for the requester In the approval step, I want to check the request's for the project code belonging to the approver Is there any way to do this without having three different fields to achieve this? Hey there. What's your preferred way of hiding form fields on page load? In my scenario form fields should remain hidden, unless a form field rule from another field was triggered on value change that 'unhides' the target form field. I've been doing it the following way: 1. Make the field that should not be shown upon form load visible in the Field Matrix 2. Insert the 'Hide' JavaScript function into the main form behavior of the step 2. Create a form rule which shows/hides based on (...)
In the last 2 weeks several customers have asked me if it would be possible, that if a comment is required for a path and the error windows pops up, the comment can be entered directly in the popup window and the path transition can be done from there? When trying to set the comment using JS the path transition validation won't recognize it and still trigger the error. Has anyone of you an idea of how to solve this or maybe already solved it? Hi Guys, I'm wondering if anyone else has been having this problem. When i try to add (upload) a file to an item list using a local attachments column there seems to be a hard 4MB (4096kb) limit. When i delete the line, save my process and then link an existing attachment it works fine but for my purposes this is not acceptable behaviour. Is there any way around this? Hello webcon community! Could someone help me with problem with ordering list on report. To beggining: I create a technical form field which collect the date part of some date field at that form (see screen below). I do itthat by using 'change field value' action and rule 'date part (month)'. Next i use that technical field to group forms by year and month but when users create datas from october number 10 goes to the end of list. Hi All, Is there a webcon function/action to invoke pop-up window to enter some value or person? Idea: - we want to have a "consult" button - but we don't want to have a permanent consultant field on the form as it's a bit confusing to someone - therefore the best solution would be to have some action in a way that when we click on "consult" path, window will pop-up asking who do You want to consult, it can be saved into hidden form field but in this way it will be only shown on-demand, wh (...)
can I change the appearance of the history button on the form? Just add the inscription history next to the icon?
Hi all! We have a tricky problem, so it seems. We want to redirect to edit form of another workflow (ID is known). This should be triggered with button click on current form. Button is implemented as Html field and invokes a global menu action which has the correct hyperlink action and also returnUrl to current element. After save of the other workflow element, user should be redirected to current form element. Before redirect to the other workflow, current item should be saved. (...)
Hello community, I have a short question: Does anyone know the reason for the following error? >Adding new row is not allowed in this step.< The error appears on all steps when I click on dropdowns, check-boxes, item lists, path buttons and delete/save/delegate menu buttons. The designer LOG by GUID is attachet as an image + trace of the error. Best regards!
Dear WebCon Team, we just updated to 2021.1.4.55 and recognized, that the so long working function "Attachments Count" does not work properly any longer on the intital step of a workflow as long there is no Instance ID. For Example I would like to validate if there is an attachment uploaded or not (see picture). If I do a path on the step itself --> Instance ID --> the rule works fine!!! I think it is a bug. Hi, I am a new guy here and I just started with webcon designer. I need help with mathematical operation on a form. I want to subtract two dates to get number of days beetwen this two dates. I know that I can use "datediff" function but my point is to get this 'dynamically'. When user starts to fill form, he type date 1 and date 2 and below that he will see in third field numbers of days. How to achive this on a form?
Hello All, Big project regarding to reservation system is ahead of us. And one of the very useful feature will be gantt chart on the form and as web part as well. So is there any plans to implement Gantt charts in next Webcon BPS versions? Or maybe there is posibility to prepare Gant Chart in HTML attribute? I mean off course Gantt charts in Modern Webcon BPS, because we wouldlike avoid to built new app on classic SharePoint, where gantt charts are available.
