The classifications should be selectable via a multiple checkbox, so that, for example, a customer can have classifications A, F, and G. Hello, while downloading emails, the following message appears: Could not download attachments. Skipping e-mail: AU2601705 Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceVersionException: The property Mentions is valid only for Exchange Exchange2015 or later versions. In the HotMailBox configuration, there's no option to specify a dedicated configuration for Exchange On-premises. There's only an option for MS Exchange 2013/2016/2019. Hi to all, for a little workflow I'd like to copy a file from one Sharepoint bib to another. This should be done automatically as soon as a new file is uploaded. I have 2 problems: - The workflow works with the actions for sharepoint with downloading and saving, but the attachment is empty. It always has 0kb. What could be the problem? After choosing a value, several data rows display information related to this customer. Some of them use SQL queries, while two use REST Web Service data sources. I wanted to make New SQL Data Source with data type: Organization Structure to use it to my holiday process. When I use original source from AD -> CEO and Managers can see all of their employess. But people in each team don't see their coworkers from another teams. So I wanted to make a new SQL Source to improve Gant Chart in Holiday Process. I used data from Workers Profile in BPS. Hi, Let's assume I'm configuring data from a data source (a report) with one column and one filter. I want to use a User-Defined API that allows me to dynamically filter the report using a defined endpoint. Will the response return a simple JSON with information from this single column, or will it return the entire data set (element ID, signature, step, etc.) as in other responses?

WEBCON works on ver. 2024.1.1.130. We have a few dashboards with created data sources for reports. After data sources, we created reports but using this data sources, not creating new one in Designer studio or in Portal. Now, users gave us information about lack of access to one of the reports which uses data source. Inside configuration of dashboard we have option to change priviliges but if the report base on data source we can't change it on report. dashboards has individual priviliges (...)

Hello, I have a problem that I need to solve and I hope you could help me. The case is that we are collecting data in Excel files regarding temperature and humidity from devices – these are automatically generated files that land in our mailbox and are then loaded into the workflow. The reading works perfectly if the Excel file contains a table. Does anyone know a way to read data from a range in Excel in Webcon? Hi, I’m looking for the best approach to handle long-running operations (potentially taking several minutes) in WEBCON BPS. Scenario: Suppose we need to perform time-consuming Active Directory updates based on a list of items within a WEBCON BPS workflow instance. Given the current execution time limit of 120 seconds, this may not be sufficient. We will soon be using the “Public Access” feature, which allows external users to be invited to a WEBCON application step (in our case) or steps without a BPS account. So far, I’ve only found the option to customize the invitation email (see PIC-1). However, most of the people we invite are unfamiliar with WEBCON or WEBCON BPS and don’t immediately connect it to JR Rädlinger.
