Hello everyone, it seems that in a report, you can only drag columns from one items list. If I try to add a column from another items list to the report, I receive an error message " Error adding items list column - There are already selected columns from items list ...." We need a report that combines columns from various items lists. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks Lina
Hello Community, I want to set form fields based on a dropdown selection which gets its data from a sharepoint list. I can set the value from the selection just fine. However I can only access the data with type ID and Name. The rest of the data has no type and does not show up for any rules I want to configure. How can I address this data in the form? Hi all! I am currently struggling with 'Add privileges' action. I want to use a predefined datasource (SQL query based on WFElements), this is shown under (1) in attached picture. The datasource I am using selects all elements from a specific formtype and needs additional filtering in SQL query window (2). hi in my firm, i came across an issue with communicating with the analyst/business. We are taking instructions from them we develop them on dev enviroment and then we push the changes to production. The issue is that business is making several requests and we would love to let them know how is the best way to keep the track of all of the changes? What are your best practices. We are building an on-boarding Workflow whitch is adding a new AD-User and granted him with the needed User-Groups. But when the User is needed to syncroniced with the Azure-AD because of using O365, i have no access to alter the User anny more. To adding and alter the User we use the SAM-account name and it works very well. But this doesn´t work on the Azure Users. Hi, I have a dictionary process. I built the report based on it. I can export it to excel. Can I customized this excel? On report I have 3 columns. In excel there are to more ID and DocType + headers of the columns have additional info about attributes from Webcon (type and guid). Hi all! I want to remove all element privileges on workflow element level (= all users assigned with Add privileges action) from certain workflow elements. Is there an easy (and maybe built-in way) to remove all these permissions without knowing the BPSId of these users? I know there is a table WFSecurities, which can be selected and filtered by WFD_ID, but maybe there is an easier way to do this. Didn't find anything, any help appreciated. Hi, We recently migrated Webcon to new servers on SharePoint 2019. Apparently, the configuration under Webcon BPS Configuration on each SharePoint site got lost (the database name etc.). 1. Is this behavior expected during migration? 2. Is it possible to set it globally or is it necessary to set it manually on each SharePoint site/subsite? 3. Hello, I have item list with few rows and few columns, one is the column field type: Yes/No choice. I would like to save instance on Yes/No choice field change. I put to the field style and behavior – Form rule to be executed on value change – MOVE TO NEXT STEP XYZ. The XYZ path is starting and ending in current step (i.e. it is in fact the SAVE path).
