Hi, Is there a set of rules, an instruction on how to directly (using insert-sql) import data into the database (into the WFelements table)? Which field values should we generate so that there are no problems with the operation of the application. Of course, WFF_STPID - step ID, WFD_DTYPEDID - form ID depends on the process, and the rest, e.g. RowVersion (some hexadecimal value) ? And other?
After installing a new development environment, I have a problem with performing an SQL query to the BPS_Config database. The environment was installed with my administrative account. Hi everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone knows where or in which table the "Fixed values list" are stored. I am using a "Start a subworkflow (SQL)" to migrate data from our old sharepoint workflow tool to Webcon. Unfortunately, it seems that Webcon has decided that 'Choice fields' always require a GUID#Name to be populated. (Without this format I get an error and the subworkflow does not run). Hi there, as far as I know there is no official support for Azure SQL for the WEBCON BPS databases today. If we implement WEBCON BPS in a customer's own Azure tenant as their private cloud, it would be smart to use Azure SQL, because of the integrated HA features, scalability and low maintenance effort. WEBCON BPS is very well integrated with Microsoft technology and has great integrations with Microsoft services, i.e. M365. Dear Community, I have a question regarding attachments database. Size of the database is quite large and I'm trying to find optimizations here. Table / index compression is not a solution - compression ratio is barely reaches 0,5% level. I have found a lot of records in this database where attachments are deleted (column ATF_IsDeleted = 1). Is it safe to remove such records from database or it will make inconsistency of the data? Do you have any experience in it? Looking forward for any (...)
Hi! I have a process which generates subprocess (list is from sql query). The subprocesses generates correctly but there is one thing that I need to change - the author of the subprocess document should be change for the employee from field. In Designer Studio it is possible to check the use of a single connection or data source in the context of all processes. Is it possible to get such a list for all connections and sources using an sql query?
Hello, Since a specifc time KPI reports don't work on my webcon enviroment. I checked a configuration according to https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/web-part-kpi-new-edition/141 and everything looks good. I've checked 'KPI elements' table in webcon database and there are some data but the data are not up to date. Old webcon apps have the kpi data but as I said the data are not up to date. New applications don't have any kpi data. Do you know what can cause the issue? How to solve it (...)
Hi, I have a project where I can't save attachment in a webcon database storage(becouse of company policies). I am looking for a solution to store attachments on network drive. Is there possibility to change localization of attachment ? May be some workaround? Some action, rule, ect? I thought about action which will create a folder on shared drive and webcon form will show information to user where to store attachment. But I don't know how to achieve this:/ Any idea?
Hi, We have a project in Webcon that has many processes and dictionaries (more than 150). The application has been in production for, let's say, two years. In the first year, the database size was manageable, but now it's getting out of hand. Does anyone have any tips, tricks, or suggestions for dealing with large amounts of data? Hello, we have a huge AdminServiceLog table in the BPS_Config db that is constantly growing. Is it possible to archive or delete these records without causing side effects? Are there further optimization possibilities to avoid large data records in advance or to adjust them afterwards?

Hi, I have a problem with the execution of SQL queries in different environments using a Default connection (after moving the system to AZUR-e servers). SQL Server Profiler shows that on the TEST server execution of queries using the Default connection uses a different user than on the Dev server - installation seems to be the same (the same users etc.). Is there any option/installation parameter that causes the execution of TEST SQL may be different than the rest of the environments? (...)
Hi, I really need to understand and find out where in BPM_Content I can find all my BPS Internal View data sources, because I would like to use some columns from there that don't exist in WFElements (like STP_Name). But seems like I'm failing to find it everytime I try. I understand that all my dictionaries are stored in Views folder.. which makes me think that BPS internal views are stored somewhere separately as well. Is anyone kind and able to help me with this? We have a translation on the dev environment. How do we move all the translation say for 'application1' - all the formfields, workflows , emails, safely, with the possbile backup and without exporting all the pacagaes for production?
we are currently in a process of compare which translations we have and which we do not. I do not want to do it by going through each application than dowload the excel but I would like to generate a report with app,worfklow and form fields where there is no tranlsation. Can anyone help me with this issue?

My database goes into "Recovery Pending" mode which causes a program HTTP error 502.5. Restarting the SQL Server service solves the problem, but this has happened several times, does anyone know why this is happening?
