Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with selection attributes. If a user types a value but doesn’t explicitly confirm the selection, the value still appears in the field after saving the form or moving along the workflow path. However, the problem is that the value change rules are not triggered in this case, which often results in the form not being populated correctly. Has anyone encountered this behavior or found a reliable workaround?
Hi, is this license(WEBCON BPS Process CAL) still available for purchase? We are using WEBCON 2025 R2 with a perpetual license. We already have one license of this type installed and would like to buy another one. It is possible to combine perpetual licenses with subscription-based licenses within the same WEBCON BPS environment. For example, in the new process, I would like to use my current perpetual BPS CALs for internal users and Single‑Use Access Licenses for external users.

Hi everyone, I have a case with WEBCON BPS 2026 and a REST integration. I need to call an external API that requires a client certificate (PFX / mTLS). Everything works in Postman, but in WEBCON I can’t find how to pass the certificate. Currently I’m using: -REST Web Service connection -Authentication: Anonymous -HTTPS + JSON I don’t see any option for: -client certificate - selecting from Windows store -or using a thumbprint Has anyone faced something similar? I have a process that requires users to make use of hand held terminals. The devices run on android os but are restricted to local area networks with no internet access Is there access to the APK file to download and sideload to my devices for the installation?

Hi, we noticed that in WEBCON BPS 2026.1.4.131 version in Event Viewer errors are logged with a very short description and it is not even known what element ID they refer to, e.g. FormField: AttChoose14 not found.
Hi, does anybody know why the action "Create task" can not be chosen in a menu button's automation? This can be seen in the table of this page: https://docs.webcon.com/docs/2025R2/Studio/Action/#action-groups-and-types An example use case is to have a button that changes the task assignment to a different person, e.g. the current user. In a step, I configured an On timeout action that runs a SQL procedure (a very simple query that updates a field in another database) after 1 minute. However, occasionally—about 1–2 times out of 100—the field is not updated, even though in history shows that the action was executed successfully. Hi Guys, i first time tried the KPI Report because our Mgmnt need some numbers ;-) Its quit good for me till now, but one thing is a problem. Hi, I have a path where the current user must select another user and pass a form to him. I want to send an email notification to both the selected user and his manager. I’m having trouble determining the manager automatically. Specifically, the problem comes down to the fact that I don’t know how to use a dynamic 'user' variable as a parameter.
