Hyperlink function after export-import

Hello, After upgrading to 2023.1.1.89 I'm getting error "Attempting to launch workflow instance for a form type not connected with the current workflow." I found out that the reason for this error is wrong workflow ID in hyperlink function. Everything works well on dev environment but after export and import on test environment hyperlink is not working causing above error. It seems that Workflow ID tag isn't "translated" during the import process and remains the same on TEST like it was on D (...)

Non-working days vs Country

Hello all, Does anyone knows or have configured something that can relate the country vs national holidays in the country? Like having the calendars for Portugal Holidays, Spain, etc I know that we have to manually insert the holidays in the System configuration for calendar's table but in this case, the idea is, if I'm abroad and inserting extra hours, by defining where I am, the system could check if it's an holiday or not. Dynamically read-only item list rows

Hello, I would like to make a process where users can add rows to an item list on multiple steps, but be unable to edit previously added rows, except maybe certain columns on certain steps (eg. Completion date). I would also like to know if it's possible to make it so on certain steps, users are able to only edit already added rows, but be unable to add new ones. Thank you for your help!

Hello all, Does anyone configured a validation rule and/or control field where you need to check if the lines added in a item list were already added in another instance? I have a process for overtime registration and I want to block the user to add a new instance with dates that were already added for the same person in webcon. I've created a control field but now all the processes are moved to cancel even if the values are different. Can you help? Thank you

Hi there I'm not sure, but I haven't found any information about this anywhere. Is it really the case that BPS groups cannot be nested? Am I the only one who expects this kind of functionality in this context? Webcon can handle nested AD groups, why not Webcon's own groups? Or did I miss a hidden function/button/setting that makes this possible? 😅 I appreciate any help.

My idea is, I need to get from an oracle table the rate for a specific employee, so I'm using the action with Datasource = my table and in the advanced filter, I just add the person id and the dates for comparison but this is not working. Parsing nested JSON REST API with OpenJSON SQL query

I'm having some troubles using OPENJSON to parse a nested JSON response from a REST API: Following the solution posted at https://alterpaths.com/json-nested-collection-handling-in-webcon-bps/ but I cannot get the query to work in Webcon. When copying the whole query from the Show window into SQL Studio it works just as expected, but in WebCon Designer studio the following error occurs (see screenshot). Any ideas how to proceeed here?

Remove data of instances no longer in archive database not working

Hello, As usually, after encountering an error during tests, I have tried to Remove data of instances no longer in archive database option. Unfortunatelly, it is not working. Blue bar is sliding from left to right for about 10 minutes now. In Designer Studio, I can't remove the steps associated with the corrupted task, and the task also can't be removed because it doesn't load. Is there any tip, how to remove that? Best regards

App running in the background

Hi, Is there the ability to run actions in the background without being forced to wait for them to finish in the loading screen? I have created an automation which invokes a SOAP service and it takes some time (20 seconds). This thing must be disturbing for the user. As i see, actions are executed synchronously, meaning the user interface waits for the action to complete before allowing further interactions. Any ideas? Thanks!

I noticed that the system loses the preview of the graphical scheme that I generate from Designer Studio. Most often, the file is not available after re-saving the configuration or the next day. Do you have that too? My BPS version: 2022.1.4.207.

I've managed succesfully to configure Webcon for Exchange calendar (exchange online - ms graph). But I have a problem with configuration for Exchange tasks acctions. Even if I granted in AZ Tasks.ReadWrite permission, When I'm trying to configure action Designer is not showing the connection to Exchange Online. How it should be set up?

Hi, I have problem with moving workflow from one step to another step. I mean if i create a workflow with 3 basic steps (start, intermediate, end(positive)) on those steps i set up paths with task creation on business rule level and i set up myself (my account). When I try to open that application in portal then on first step everything is ok and i can sent task to second (intermediate) step. AND here is a problem when i try move task from that step or even when i try open task in Admin mod (...)
