Hi Guys, i perhaps have a simple question regarding the itemlist. We initalize the first row of an itemlist with default values in the coloums. I now would like to prevent the first row (init row) from deleting by the user. How can i manage this? Thanks so far Gerd

Hi, I encountered the following error. I have an action that sets a value in a choice field. I set the choice field through the value of the ID. When I enter the form, the value is correctly set, and it displays the name corresponding to the set ID. However, when I enter the report, in that column, I see the value of the ID instead of the name. I tested by setting the value in the choice field as follows: id#name, and I no longer encountered the problem. Why does it behave differently (...)
Hello, I have set up a hotmailbox - Add to elements based on e-mail content. I am saving the BodyContent to a multiple lines of text form field called BodyContent - set always. I have created a global Menu buton which must be triggered when the value of BodyContent changes. Hello, Recently I tried the new action "Clear Item List" and its working well, except when you import from one environment to another. After the import I checked the configuration of this action and there was no item list selected. I did this import twice, after I changed the configuration manually and same issue. Hi, I don't think the "Replace Item List Values" action is working properly. When I provide a BPS source in the configuration and use a filter to select data, the filter does not work on the form. The filter in Designer Studio works during testing. This problem does not occur in the "Update Item List Values" action, so I used a workaround: "Clear Item List" + "Update Item List Values" / Add new rows from the data source. Hi, I have just upgraded the environment from version 2023.1.2.68 to 2023.1.3.29. Unfortunately, AD authentication has stopped working. WebCon BPS Portal is not located at the specified address - this is the message I receive from Designer Studio, and from the BPS Portal level, after authentication, the login window pops up again. Hi Guys, I use MailApproval on some paths in our application. Now I have the somewhat unusual behavior that an acceptance via MailApproval is rejected with a validation error. If I carry out the acceptance in the same process (same instance) in the application, it works. The option “Form field validation” is checked on the paths. If i deselect, it works. In a form, I initialize an item list. In this list i have columns : question, response and description. In some questions I have only response called '(n/a). While the n/a answer is applicable I want to enable the description column. However, I cannot use the enable on choice field. I have tried to put condtions in a 'column edit restricion' but this does not work as it would require add another response and that is not what buisness would like.
I am trying to configure a mass notification on Webcon System Configuration. (See picture attached) This window is popping, changes are saved on the studio, but they are not really applied. I don't understand the requirements from the popping window. Could somebody help? Thanks in advance.

Hey. We've ran into an issue with the Drop-down choice field within an Item List. Simple way to get the error: Clone a row with some data -> Try to modify the drop-down attribute value in the newly created row This results with a checksum error pointing at the choice field (see picture provided with the thread). It has happened in different applications/processes before too. We're using version 2023.1.2.123, and the error does not occur on different types of choice fields.
Hi all, I need to do an upgrade and was wondering if there are any changes that could break things. What versions would you recommend to avoid and which ones are kinda required in between? For example, I see that there is an issue with SearchIndex from version 2022.1.4.174 to 2022.1.4.274, and in all published versions of 2023 R1. I suppose I will not use them. Hi all! I want to hide / show / mark as required some form fields based on field Guid. Is there a way to do this easily? When I look at the signature of e.g. Hide function it just seems to take some shrinked DB name (e.g. AttText35) or field id (integer), which is different between environments.
