Hi, I need to build a process that will work as a service, check a mssql table, and start the process if new rows are added to the table. Single process based on a single row in SQL table. Maybe someone has built a similar functionality? Best regards.
Does Webcon save the time a user stays in a given process step, i.e. the time from entering the step form to moving to the next step or clicking the save button? I want to make a report out of it to calculate KPIs

Good day webconcommunity, I would like to know if/how it would be possible to hand over a workflow to another user who might also in turn hand over the workflow to yet anoter user, important is that the there is a option to hand the workflow back to the original user. Thanks in advance
Hi, I'm new here in the forum. I hope a got some help. My first question is about 'Hot Folders' The Configuration of the folder is quite easy. But my process, I want to start - doesn't start. I have configured in the 'Start-Workflow-Settings' the name-field and added the value of the user to which the task should be applied. See the attached picture. But it doesn't work. The User is an Active Directive User. What's wrong with my config? I am grateful for your tips Franz

Hello WEBCON community, I did some application updates (including a new workflow) in DEV environment and now I want to do the update in PROD by importing an application, but I'm getting errors. There are no active tasks in step 3091, but there are some documents in step 3090, because it's a final step. Also I didn't do any changes in these two steps. Does somebody have any ideas on what's wrong?
Hi, I have a strange situation. One of our users, who is a business administrator on a workflow, is suddenly getting an error when attempting to view workflow elements. The error displayed is "Execution timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding." This is only happening to this specific user. Where should I even go to look for any detailed troubleshooting? Thanks
I have created a special report for a subdevision, and granted a User for only see the Report. But he does not have the grant to look into the Workflow. It ist our internal Ticket system and only the IT Guys shoud get access to the Workflow and Ticketdatas Other Subs only should have their own Report to see how many Tickets are in work. And this overview shoud be only visible to the Sub Manager. So i granted the Process to the User and the Report to the User. He see the Process and see (...)

Hello, I'm trying to import user data from the import WF (1) into the employee WF (2) and route based on whether the user has an Active Directory account. Depending on whether the user has an Active Directory user or not, the user should either be sent to the blue path or to the purple path in WF (2). I do process where: Part I 1. On start, in first step, in form, in field = dropdown list, I pick te signature of other flow (different proces in particular step ID) 2. Then the fields are filled with data from that chosen flow form is full of data (thats OK) 3. And NOW In that chosen flow I have got Item list how to by picking from dropdown list filled new itemlist with data ? I created action (theoretically is working) but ... how to "attach" that action to dropdown list? (...)

Hi Guys, I use MailApproval on some paths in our application. Now I have the somewhat unusual behavior that an acceptance via MailApproval is rejected with a validation error. If I carry out the acceptance in the same process (same instance) in the application, it works. The option “Form field validation” is checked on the paths. If i deselect, it works. Hello everyone, Many years ago I was using PercussionPowerFlow for Lotus Notes. There were nice features in the workflow to "jump out/jump back" from/to current state to ah hoc state. This was very useful for prematurely terminating or suspending workflows. As far as I've dug into the Werbcon, I haven't found anything like that.
