Several Business Rules missing in Word Add-in

Hello folks, I have to create a Word file with data from several workflows and therefore created business rules with SQL Commands in them to help me with that. The problem is, those business rules are nowhere to be found in the Business Rules section of the Word Add-in. Several other rules are shown, but those with SQL Commands in them are just not there. Is this a known behaviour, or a bug, or is there a workaround? Thanks in advance.

I have a report that displays data from several processes. If I want to filter by a column which is a global or computed field, for example, the data is prompted only for those that have been loaded. if the data in the filter has been read to the value, e.g. 'o' trying to narrow down to a word that starts with the letter 'p' the search doesn't work. For some reason neither Concat nor "+" works when adding another text to the output of my business rule. I have tried Concat and "+" inside and outside the rule. Neither worked sadly.

We are sending out email and need to know whether the email had been delivered or not. When sending a custom email the "Delivery notification" and "Read notification" can be set. How do the interact with WEBCON BPS or better say, how can i check for the delivery/read notification?

Import-Export Template Process with zip archive - ERROR

Hello, I tried to import some templates from DEV environment to TEST environment and when I uploaded the .zip archive the following error occured on the .xlsx report: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: securityProvider" Does anyone know why do we get this error? Thanks!

Process preview disappears

There is probably a bug in ver. 2021.1.3.205 on webconapps.com. If you click Generate preview in Designer studio and save the process, the preview is available (when clicking on the step names in the Information panel in front end). As soon as I make some changes, e.g. modify a field name or any other modification and save the process again, the preview is not available anymore. Tooltip not working on paths

Is anyone else experiencing the issue? In my case it's ver. 2021.1.3.205 on webconapps.com. If I insert the tooltip text for a path it doesn't show. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?

Hi all, Do you know why the Server Connection errors are displayed on the form? The users are complaining that the errors are showing up more frequently when they access Webcon. I've noticed that the error normally occurs when my Internet drops and the connection is lost, but is this happening for other reasons? Thank you

Hello everyone, in a webcon environment I currently have two business entities (ID 1 and 4, see the attached screenshot). From now on I only want to use the entity with ID 4. Is there a known way to migrate all existing instances from ID 1 to 4 so I can delete the business entity with ID 1 afterwards?

Calculated columns on SOLR reports

Hi All we have a large report build in one of our processes (list of all invoices which contains >350k items) which is now not loading for users. we have rebuilt it in SOLR and it is fast like TGV train but we had some calculated columns based on item lists which we need to rebuild. Import of application export not matching current BPS version
