Hello, here is a question that I have not found suitable hints so far. As our customer is sort of in a hurry, I want to place this question here: Can a multi-factor-authentication be used with the Mobile App for WEBCON BPS? The customer uses AAD for authentication and I would assume that setting MFA there would invoke the app to ask for the 2nd factor if the password was saved. But this does not happen at the iOS devices they use. Is there any hint that you can give? Thank you (...)

Dear Community, just a general question about e-mail notification with Microsoft 365 accounts. On 01.10.2022 Microsoft will disable Basic authentication. How do you plan to keep working e-mail notifications with SMTP from M365?

SOAP Web Request with 1:m:n relation?

Hi, just testing with SOAP web service requests after resolving the issue I had with a customer project. My question is: Does WEBCON support a 1:m:n relation within SOAP requests? The issue with the former request not working was a structure reflecting this. As I cannot configure an item list within an item list I would assume the answer to be "No". Any guesses? Best, Ingo

Hello, we have switched webconBPS to standalone in the last day, everything works so far but the Word add-in reports a "401" when logging into the portal. Does anyone have an idea why the user has permissions for everything but when logging in via the add-in supposedly has no permissions? thanks in advance

Hi, can anybody tell me what to do here? When a customer opens his test environment he receives an error with the following details (see below). Everything else works as expected but the most used applications are not shown. On that system one content database has been deleted but I do not assume this to be the reason. Person Picker Values copied in wrong way

I encounter a strange behaviour within the WEBCON application "Help Desk" after importing it into a system with Version 2022.1.2.59: 1) Within the categories I set up a new one with a team of three members. 2) When I assign the category to a new ticket, the team leader value is copied appropriatly, but for the three team members only the first entry of the category field value is copied three times. Transporting applications to different environments overwrites business entites

Hi, We have a problem with the transport mechanism and how business entities are handled, we have a development environment in house which we use to prepare application templates (products) which we transport to multiple customer environments and every time we do so the business entities in the target environment are overwritten when the business entity ID exists in both environments. Is there any possibility to prevent this form happening?

Connection between an item list and a dictionary

Hi, I want to compare(lookup) an item list with dictionary items. On a start step I have the item list where I want to upload some rows from an excel file, then I want to check if uploadet rows exist in the dictionary. If exists, webcon should mark a column in the item list that the entry exists. Do you know how to achieve it? Could you help?

Branch problem as the task is created in postivie step

I have a workflow when I have a branch that's check whether user ticked the box 'yes' or 'no'. If user ticks the box yes - the workflow goes to the postivie finished step. However, I needed to configure the task creation, and that worflow stays as a user task . How do I omit the user task creation?

Hey everyone, When an attachment is opened on the form, it shows the download button. Can we disable it? Also, when previewing the attachments there is always the top bar that contains the download and print button. Anyone knows if it is possible to disable it? Thank you, Martin

Hello, I have a form that has a 5 steps. On each step I have a form field that has 4 options('statuses') : open,closed, opened-again, in-progess. I want to have the value open in first 3 steps, than on step 4 i want to have a status 'closed'. How do I make the step depend on the field?

Attachment document preview not working "Server refused the connection"

Hi folks, for some reason for the past few days the attachment preview no longer seems to work. Depending on the browser used we get a different message saying that the server seems to have refused to embedd the site in an IFrame. Opening the attachment in another tab and downloading does work fine. What could be the culprit there? Best regards Fabian
