Hi all! Maybe this is a know issue, but we are wondering at the moment if it is possible to import an exported application package to a Webcon installation with a different version. We currently have an exported application package (.bpe) from version 2021.1.3.205. We are planning to use cloud services from Webcon which is supposed to be the latest version (which currently is 2021.1.4.55). Hello all, Hope everyone is doing great! I would like to ask if any of you already configured substitutions on Webcon? I'm following the article https://community.webcon.com/posts/post/substitutions-in-webcon-bps-configuration/228 but there 's a part on image 6 that is not showing anywhere in my Webcon version. I'm only able to set up the configuration as figure 7 but not even able to select the process or the company. Anyone had the same issue? Thank you
Hello, We encountered a situation where out of multiple users that have access to an instance, can see it and work in it without problem, but when only one of them searches for that specific instance in the search bar he does not get that instance back at all. Did anyone encountered something like this and do you know how to solve it, or what the possible problems are? Regards, George

I have an Item List field type with some fields in it: type, subtype, value, start-date, finish-date. My configuration is set to automaticly take value from database and place it on 'value' when I pick 'subtype' from dropdown. I am using the target field option, because 'subtype' is a picker. Hello, I wonder if this is a bug or feature... I have a form field named "Dział" ("Department") and it is the type of "Choice tree". When I try to create a report with forms containing this field, the field is accessible depending on report source type... when the report source type is "SQL Source" - the field is accessible when I choose "SearchIndex source" - it disappears from the list of accessible fields... Did anyone face same issue? Is it for a reason, or is it malfunction?

Hello together, I execute a PowerShell script directly on a path in my Webcon workflow. Beacuse I'am searched through some groups I got an timeout after one minute. I get an error with the message: "Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding". But where can I increase this timeout value to higher then a minute? Thanks for your help Maxi

Hi, I need to add to SharePoint Online processes prepared in Classic Sharepoint view, but I can't find such an instalation. I can install only WEBCON BPS Modern Webparts. Hello, has anyone stumbled upon a problem with the formatting of numbers in Word templates after the upgrade to version 2021.1.4.36. I was using formatting of numbers with thousand separators, which worked fine with version 2021.1.2.101, but after the upgrade, instead of numbers, the field name is present in the output. When I leave the formatting with \* MERGEFORMAT, the values are transferred into the document. Did anyone else notice the problem? Best regards Aleš
Hi everyone, while designing a new Dashboard for my latest application, i am wondering wether it is possible to use the REPORT TILE logic in HTML, so i could optimize the free space usage (eg. a two column table for 2 report tiles instead of two seperate report tiles). Hello, I made a report in WEBCON Designer Studio and one of the columns is "Link". However, when I export that report to excel, that column is converted to a simple text (not a link). Can I in some way configure it to receive in the exported excel that column as link? Best regards, Vitalii Lukash

I want change text-decoration change to none, change color to white and a want to add padding and bottom. Some of our departments still live in the stone age. They want to be able to print webcon reports OR export them to an Excel so they can run pivots, etc... on the data. I don't see anyway to allow for either of these options. Once again I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Seems like printing/exporting would be fairly well received options

Hi everyone, I wanted to play with the BPSAuth Service and I have realized that I don't know how to use it and the community.webcon.com and howto.webcon.com websites don't mention much about it (Almost no information about configuring it or handling BPS users). Is there any method of removing unwanted application? Normally you can't do that from Designer Studio. When an application has any processes or other elements it requires to remove them first - the Studio prevents from having orphaned elements. It is ok unless you want to remove the whole application. The application I want to remove is quite complicated and removing all sub-elements would be very time consuming and tricky to find out which element should I remove first, etc. Is there any othe (...)
