Hello, I observed that when Webcon sends e-mails, I can't see them inside the mail box. To put it in other words, I can't see in the "Sent" folder in Outlook the outgoing e-mails. Does anybody have any idea how I can see them. Can I make a report inside the web application over the WFMails table? Best regards, George
Hello, I have a problem logging in to the iPad application. The application hangs after entering the login and password and clicking Continue logging in - external authentication. Ipad with latest firmware, factory reset, latest Webcon 2021 application. No problem on android. Without application works fine in Safari.
Is there a way to lock a specific item row for a list item at specific steps? I have a 4 row "table" and I need to make sure each row can only be edited in it's respective "phase" (step)
Hi everyone, I'm currently facing the following situation: A workflow has a 'wait for sub-workflows' step. A new request came in, to assign a task during this step, so that the workflow still get's listed in the tasks overview. So far so good, I used the 'Create a task' action to manually add a task. Hi everyone, let's be honest the search option is more of an autocomplete. Nothing wrong with this since you can still get some useful information. Nevertheless, I prefer searching this site using a major search engine. Hi, I started to work with the Designer Desk. But the limitation to only one workflow is a downside to me. Is there a way of creating mutliple workflows in one Designer Desk project? If not at this point in time, could this be added please?
Hello Webcon v. 2021.1.2.136 I have Dictionary and few thousent lines inside. I display dictionary fields /10 fields/ on the form as "Choice fields" I need to group fields taking into account values to displaying only unique. I do not see grouping option/function. One of the flows I've built for NPI has alot of attachments and some are rather large. Users have asked if there is any status indicator for ongoing attachment uploads so they can know when it is complete. Does this functionality exist? If not, is there an enhancements list I could add it to or upvote? Thanks!

Hi Community! I tried to create a view which returns all elements from a specified workflow that have a datetime field NOT set (empty), but that seems to be impossible. I do not know how to filter that, a standard filter in the view with selected field equals to <empty> value in textfield does not solve that. Hi All, Does anybody know why system column "Step" on any report is empty? It doesn't show anything. Other columns are ok and show information from workflows. I noticed that when I enable Grouping on Step, every step name shows on the left of report but still not on the system column.
Is there a way on a new record to prepopulate an item list with static rows? The idea is for each new workflow started, an item list would have 6 rows already setup to have other data entered. Nevermind, I found it :) https://webcon.com/item-lists-repeating-data-done-right/

Is there a way to do a little more modification to the attachments portion of a form? We'd like all attachments, email msgs included to be shown on the first tab. Failing that, hiding the first 2 tabs and only showing the "all attachments" tab.

Hi All, I am unable to launch Designer Studio. Getting Cache Load Exception(added screenshot). The error is coming after providing the credentials while launching the application. If anyone can please suggest what is the cause of this error and how it can be fixed. I have already tried deleting browser cache, reinstalling the designer studio, etc. Thanks, Siddharth

Hello, I am trying to send a custom mail via the action. In the direct recipients I need to have a hardcoded e-mail address and in the CC I have to have another hardcoded e-mail address. This is not a restriction, but it's the way I firstly tried. It came as a surprise when for each e-mail address a separate mail was sent. Hi everyone, I just noticed that for some reason step names are no longer displayed in reports or data grids using internal views. The root cause of this is that I used the REST Designer Studio. When you save a process using the REST designer studio unset translation of changed objects are saved as a blank string instead of null.
