Hi everyone, I’m looking to work with a blank Excel template that already includes a basic layout, for example a logo in the top right corner. In addition, I’m wondering whether it’s possible to maintain both a general standard template and specific templates for certain report types (such as monthly or analysis reports). I’d be interested to hear how you handle this in practice and which approaches have proven useful. Thanks in advance for your input!
Recently, I found out that we have been using more user CALs than we had installed. We had 500 CALs, but we used 511 CALs – how is that possible? I use WebconExpress and updated the version of the webcon to newest one. The license is activated. iis is working and I can open an element on website. I can open webcon designer and apply changes. but users aren't able to edit elements. In event log we can find the error Message=Wartość nie może być zerowa. Hi everyone! Is there a standardized way to remove binary data from the ATF_Value column in attachments? This column displays values like 0x[…] whenever an attachment exists on the form. However, when we delete the attachment manually, the binary data is still visible because it’s stored in the element’s history logs. Hello, Is it possible to create a single report that shows both a user's own tasks and the tasks of their subordinates? We have a scenario where supervisors and their team members perform similar tasks and use the same Process and Workflows. Currently, it's difficult to display both sets of tasks on one consolidated report. Hi, I have a process that works with invoices. Each invoice contains a variable number of line items (name, price, VAT, etc.). Using an SDK, I’m retrieving these invoices from an API. Since the number of invoices and the number of line items per invoice can vary, how should I configure the SDK so that each line item is correctly mapped to a item list in the process? Is there a specific mapping method for handling a dynamic number of invoice items? Thanks!

Skipping e-mail: AU2601705 Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceVersionException: The property Mentions is valid only for Exchange Exchange2015 or later versions. In the HotMailBox configuration, there's no option to specify a dedicated configuration for Exchange On-premises. There's only an option for MS Exchange 2013/2016/2019. Hi everyone, maybe someone has a good idea for this request. One application will be migrated from WEBCON to another platform. The users should still be able to view the data but they shouldn't be able to modify it. While this isn't a problem the process privilege level, the users didn't work correctly with the system and now have hundreds of open tasks. How can i fill target fields of an autocomplete field when setting the autocomplete via an Action? There is an action where i fill an autocomplete field via an action however the target fields are not automatically filled with it. I would prefer if i do not have to fill them individually.

I need to determine whether it is possible to configure WEBCON BPS so that scanning a QR code with a mobile device (via phone camera ) can directly open the corresponding dictionary instance. Hello, is there a way to restrict the domains to which e-mail notifications can be sent? For example, I would like to establish a rule so that e-mails are sent only to addresses within my domain (@my_company.com). There is a column (Co_Id) in an item list that states that it is used in an replace item list action. However the Action is not using this column. See the pictures in the attachments. For more information, as far as i know the replace item list used an action template in the template settings. The Template was changed so that it does not include the "Co_Id" column anymore. Hi everybody, I was wondering if it is possible to use row level security for build in PowerBI reports on a dashboard? Or more concrete: Each Workflow element in Webcon has rights defined, i.e. who can see an element and its attachments or not. Is it possible to achieve the same in an embedded PowerBI report, e.g. looking at the PowerBI report an idividual only sees the data of the elements where he has "read" permissions?
