"Method not allowed" when click in admin options

Hello, We are changing the Webcon version from sharepoint to standalone. After installation everything seems ok. However, when I enter some form and fire up the admin options such as "Finish user tasks" it shows me a "Method not allowed" error. The error also pops up when I try to edit a Word file. Has anyone encountered such an error?

Hello, do you know if it's possible to expand the email message preview area on the form (file .eml)? Currently, the email message in the preview is cut off. You can see it in the footer.

Dropdown choice attribute - language error

Hi, We have upgraded to ver. 2022.1.4.248 and I found the problem with language translations for the dropdown choice attribute. It seems like it does not translate just for dropdown - other types of choice attributes work just fine. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? 2022.1.4.248

Minified React error #185

Hi, Sometimes in portal our users report a bug "Minified React Error #185". This is happening when they expand the selection list. When we want to reproduce the error on our devices, everything works fine :) We tried clearing cookies - doesn't help, changing browsers - which sometimes helps but not all. Item List Required Attachment Error

We are facing an error related to form field item list, when we add a required attachment column then try to submit the form, it shows an error message that the attachment does not exist when it’s attached. Note: version 2022.1.2.59

Verify translated texts with field / rule references in 2021.1.3.205 and 2021.1.4.84

Hi everyone, if someone uses field references, process rules or similar in translations you should verify that the correct ids are used after importing the application in a new environment. Otherwise you may be in for a surprise. The attached image shows that the translated text uses the old variable ids and only the ids in the original text have been updated to match the new environment. Filter function in the report for calculated columns (using substring) no longer works after update to version 2021.1.4.36

We get an error message by using filter function in the report for calculated columns (using substring). I use the following formula. SUBSTRING(WFD_AttText8,1,2). The report view shows the correct values in the calulated column. As soon as I want to filter this column, I get an error message. Does anyone else have the problem or am I doing something wrong? Grouping in reports

Hi everyone! I wonder if anyone noticed in their enviroment a rather unwanted and dangerous behavior of grouping in reports. Today an acountant showed me, that when you apply grouping something really strange happens (ver. 2021.1.3.205). As seen on the attached screenshot the number of items in grouping is different than the one shown in the rectangle. This can be very misleading. And there is something even dangerous - in the ungrouped report I see some item that don't even show on the grouped (...)

Autocomplete choice field errors

After upgrating to 2021.1.3.205 my autocomplete choice fields in an items list started to behave really strangely and buggy (on several workstations). What happens: - when I scroll to the bottom of the list it scrolls back to the top by itself - when I scroll down a little, the list changes position by itself a little to the top or to the bottom - sometimes an error pops up when scrolled to the bottom of the list The temporary solution to this is to change the behaviour of the choice field to P (...)

Picker field in item list buggy again in V 2021.1.3.163

Hi, despite the bug described in this thread: https://community.webcon.com/forum/thread/555/46 having been removed in 2021.1.3.143 (tested, worked fine), something similar is happening in 2021.1.3.163 when you use a picker field in an item list, and map it's data source-columns into other columns of the item list. It then throws: "b.map is not a function"-error, see attached screenshot. If I dont map data source columns to other columns it doesn't throw an error.

When you save a process using the REST designer studio unset translation of changed objects are saved as a blank string instead of null. Checksum error

Hey, We've ran into another issue. Cloning a row which has the Choose attribute and then adding a value to it will result in a checksum error. If you delete the first element, it won't result in an error. Screenshot below shows the issue. Versions: both 2023.1.3.118 and 2023.1.3.131

Hello, Recently I tried the new action "Clear Item List" and its working well, except when you import from one environment to another. After the import I checked the configuration of this action and there was no item list selected. I did this import twice, after I changed the configuration manually and same issue. Checksum error while modifying contents of an Item List with a drop-down choice field after cloning

Hey. We've ran into an issue with the Drop-down choice field within an Item List. Simple way to get the error: Clone a row with some data -> Try to modify the drop-down attribute value in the newly created row This results with a checksum error pointing at the choice field (see picture provided with the thread). It has happened in different applications/processes before too. We're using version 2023.1.2.123, and the error does not occur on different types of choice fields.

2023.1.2.44 : Attachment categories are not saved

Hello, we use the actions "Convert word to PDF" and "Generate/Update a word file" and we assign the documents to a dynamic category. The category is not saved to the table WFDataAttachmets, the field (ATT_Attribute1) stays empty. in version 2021.1.4.55 it did work fine. Thank you! Balint

Graphical scheme

I noticed that the system loses the preview of the graphical scheme that I generate from Designer Studio. Most often, the file is not available after re-saving the configuration or the next day. Do you have that too? My BPS version: 2022.1.4.207.
