I am looking for the solution regarding REPORTS. I want to restrict the reports in the way that authors can only see their own requests. I was trying to do it with SQL, but I failed, I saw suggestion that it can be restricted on the user priviliges for entire app level, but I can't find solution. Please help :D

lack of privileges error in executing the Generate/Update a Word file from menu button

An error (lack of privileges) in executing the Generate/Update a Word file triggered from the Menu button by a user who had privileges to read an instance but not to edit it. This is happening after upgrade to version 2023.1.2.124. It was working in previous version we were using. It would be great if we can go back to allowing users with read only access to generate a word file. Thank you

Insert Item List in a Word document attachment - original column names of Item List not changed to selected Display names

Hi, When inserting an item list in a word template, the add-in asks for some columns configuration for the final table. Issue is that modifying "Display name" of a column of the item list is not visible in the final document, it is visible only in the template. The attachment document receives the original item list column name. The "Display name" set for an autogenerated column (like ID) works and modification is visible in both template and generated attachment. Thanks, Mihail

Unable to release workflow user license

Hi all We're on 2022 and I believe it used to be possible to release a user license in Portal. But I can't find it any longer. I thought it used to be under https://[...]/adminPanel/users In Studio I do see the option in the reports section. However, it won't let me release a license saying "User has active state in Active Directory, license cannot be released". We have two attachment databases, one for testing and one for production: BPS_Content_Att_test BPS_Content_Att_test2 BPS_Content_Att BPS_Content_Att2 In this application we use BPS_Content_Att_test2 for testing and BPS_Content_Att2 for production. Unfortunately we don’t have a database with identical name, so when we import from test to production, the default attachment database specified in the global settings is used (BPS_Content_Att). But when a process is using this template, I have noticed that some of the information are not taken correctly and I don't understand why. Hello, I have created a Choice field that allows multiple values. I noticed that the 'wfd_attchoose' column saves both the ID and Name, while the 'wfd_attchoose1_id' column only stores the first ID. I am wondering why I cannot see all the IDs and how I can extract each value individually. Can you help me with a suggestion? Thank you.
